Exactly the same happened with Forster. He came in for a few games (replacing the bloke currently in the sticks), played well in one game and people wanted him to get an extension, completely forgetting the absolute dross he displayed prior to that. It’s time to move on, hopefully he has one last good game for us before he departs. We need a new GK, end of.

I think 1-2 years is a bit of a push, but I think they’ll be struggling in next 5. Issue is the gap between championship and prem is just getting bigger. Suspect we’ll see what’s happened this year more often, with the three promoted teams going back down. If it wasn’t for the financial need, I’d be happy to stay where we are.

Pretty sure I saw a stat that said leeds haven’t lost a game this season where they took the lead - something like 27 games, 25 wins and 2 draws. So got to score first… Though we’ve also dropped 20+ points from winning positions, so us scoring first doesn’t mean much.

Short of a fully fit Adams or Stewart, that’s pretty much our best XI, not sure what else you’re expecting.

Got to be this. If we get there, I can’t see us beating Leeds again in the final - they have the ability in that team to click at any moment and us beating them three times in one season feels unlikely.
