I've mentioned this before on the other fred. I do think that Mane playing behind Pele is the answer for now. Mane has the speed to get behind defenders. Pele is often surrounded in the box, so there are opportunities for Mane to open up space and score. It has worked before.

Positive, and hopefully it will happen as a loan. Meanwhile we do have Mane to play behind Pele. That has worked well. I do agree though that we need to be able to give Pele competition and the occasional rest. He is a powerhouse and workhorse. Without him our alternatives are physically lightweight, skilled as they are.
