I think GM is referring to his small **** syndrome.

That was Leeds claim when they went to Arbitration - and they lost.

The FL don't compromise. They move the goalposts. -
I am certain a further 15 points is part of the equation. And The FL are making it increasingly impossible for us to get a CVA.

Nigel Pearson MLT's first choice?? where did that come from?

You saw them there, Art? We are being taken over by druids? I knew it. A new dawn -
I ask myself, would we deserve the -10 points if Rupert/Barclays had taken us into administration before the deadline? No. Do we deserve the 10 points deduction because it was after the deadline? Yes. Because Rupert ****ed up by misunderstanding FL regulations. He gambled on a slimsy fudging of the regulations, and should have known the FL better. We are suffering this mess because of Lowe's mis-judgement. (What is more, if by a miracle and the wasting of another million on lawyers and court fees, we did win our case and start next season on nil points, it would be a pyrrhic victory. The rest of the league clubs will forever vilify us, and there might be counter-appeals from the likes of Luton and Brentford or whichever club might be relegated to League 2 but for our -10 instead of us. It could all go on and on for several years -like it has for West Ham in different circumstances - and drain us of yet further resources which we cannot afford.) I think morally we should accept the 10 points. I would prefer to be in League 1 with -10 points to being liquidated. Unfortunately no bidder will buy us as it stands. Not good.

That is why the FL (not me) see both as the same inextricably linked. -
If the FL are holding out for Pinnacle to agree not to contest the 10 points deduction, Pinnacle should hold out for no further deductions. On that basis I would agree to only minus 10 points. (But the trouble is that Mawhinnbag is such a slimy fish and he makes up the rules 'on behalf of all the other clubs' as he goes along).

F***k Rupert. He's taken ten years off my life.

That is how I see the contradiction. -

But all their conversations are private and always have been, surely.. -
But the administrator could on behalf of his creditors if SFC were liquidated. And if he won then the FL would be forced to pay sufficient compensation to resurrect the club.

It seems to me that the administrator has to obtain a court ruling (not rely on his opinion) as to whether the PLC and SFC are the same or not - before the club can be sold. If a court of law rules that they are not separate entities, then we should accept the points punishment without hesitation. If not, then a separate court ruling will be necessary to decide if a members club can overule the law of the land. (What a mess you created for us, Rupert.)

We'll know by the end of the FL's Monday meeting. I don't expect sweeties from Lord MacWindbag. (Oh dear, I hope I haven't upset him)

I would have thought that a members club ruling could be challenged by appealing to the European Court.

That is blackmail!!!

My feelings are that although Redcrap and Wotte failed to save us from relegation in probably unfortunate circumstances, the worst failure was Burley's because he had an enormous amount of money at his disposal and full support of the various Boards up until our Play-Off year. He wasted resources on and off the field, and didn't have a clue what he was doing with probably the biggest squad we have ever had. And his profligacy ultimately bankrupted us. Then when Jones and Bale were sold he just lost interest. Thank you, Burley.

If a girl I suggest Letissia and if boy and girl twins you're sorted! Matthew and Letissia

You are tempting fate..... But there should be a major celebration at St Mary's of some sort imo.

Nice one, saint peach. Good luck with it. But make the strap line 'ANTIDOTE TO THE PREMIER LEAGUE' much bolder (above or below PARK LIFE) -important selling point imho.
