A new Saints Fanzine for SFC - on sale (v Reading)
saintds replied to redandwhitebill's topic in The Saints
Just read it. Enjoyed it. Good luck for future editions and hope you can keep it going. -
Can't say fairer than that.

Home page of today's telegraph has following link entitled Southampton chairman hits out over pay deal, but the article seems to have been removed. Anyone know what this was about? Edit, mods please lock, just seen the article is over a fortnight old!
-
Was this AP's thinking when signing him then? Leave Harding as the 1st choice left back and two natural left footers marauding down that side. If so then suggests a change for Lallana next season, maybe a central AMF with Punch on the right? Certainly gives us options.

And before you know it, the kids get snapped up by big teams on massive salaries, they too lose touch with reality and the cycle repeats itself. As I said above, the PL has the power, not the FA, which is a complete joke and a pointless organisation in its current form. Money rules. It is a sham that the rich get richer at the cost of the grass roots of the game and this is a huge reason for the position that we, as a footballing nation, find ourselves in now
-
This. So much this. Sadly, it's too late to make the investment and produce a team for a potential world cup on home soil in 2018, but we certainly need to start planning for the long term. Unfortunately, the PL is all powerful thanks to the money/politics so it will always be a short term view, which means many, many more years of incapable England teams.

Where can I find a list of all the new smilies then? -
Popped into the megastore yesterday and it was scary to see just how few squad names are on the board in the shirt printing section. Pre-season starts in a fortnight, we need new faces and now.
-
I'm normally a large, but the medium fits me perfectly with this shirt.

My 2 year old boy got me one for Father's Day yesterday. What a diamond he is. Lovely shirt, really impressed with the quality of the material. Will be taking it back for name, number and league badges soon.

+1. Stunning!

Happy days! Been playing more of the Special Opps than multiplayer recently. Finally cracked High Explosive last night on both hardened and veteran. Once you know the strategy it's pretty easy. Just had BFBC2 thorugh the post too so tempted to steam into that this weekend and leave MW2 alone for a while.

Not harsh at all. The steward made it quite clear on arrival where we could and couldn't go. Didn't spoil what was a lovely afternoon, but the direct sunshine was too much for my lad. Nice panaoramic, by the way.

Think you might be waiting a while. This game is HUGE!
-
Would be a special effort as the scaffolding is from about row Z backwards!!
-
I was there to see my mate playing for Veho. Unfortunately, we had no option but to sit in the Itchen in the blazing sunshine and weren't given the option of sitting higher up the stand in the shade. It was too much for my two year old lad so we had to leave before a goal was scored, but my mate informs me they lost 4-1 with all but one of the goals scored in the 2nd half. Scaffolding all over the Northam at the moment - looks like they're painting the ceiling/underside of roof. FlyBe logo still prominent in the Kingsland too.
-
Playing it on my 360 at the moment where I am banned from live. Might get it for my PS3 later just for the multiplayer.

Thank you kindly

Cracking game. Can't work out the dead eye system even though it was explained earlier in the game. Can anyone help?

Good luck! What level were you up to before you started the other games?
-
I think it would take me about a year of continuous play to get to that level. .38 and rising as things stand. Guess I'll always be paying for a slow start....
