On the coach back from Dellhurst Park. WHam game playing out & we're loving it!Saints were fantastic today. Back to our best on a pudding of a pitch, albeit against a disinterested Palace. 6000 fans going nuts. No wonder Palace need that ****in drum otherwise their support would be non existent.Feel much better ahead of Friday night. Come on the Brummies & The Nancyboys...

Together we stand. Nige didn't rename the Kingsland for fun!

I said the same in the post match thread. Just not hostile enough, the Skate players were allowed to get far too comfortable.

Losing Morgan so early was massive. We were completely unable to get our passing game going once he left the pitch. I thought KD was at fault for their 1st, beaten from 18 yeards at his near post FFS. Not sure why the lino was flagging for out 2nd. Really disappointed by our support as well. We were practically non-existent following their 1st and well into the 2nd half. I don't think their players felt threatened or that they were in a hostile atmosphere and that allowed them to raise their game. So gutted to lose the 3 points, even if we didn't necessarily deserve them. Nige has got to go some now to get us back in the groove for the last 5 games.

It's not realistic to imagine we can win all of our remaining games when two of them are televised.

Thank fu ck for that. I just don't understand why Saints find it so difficult to showcase themselves on live TV.

Am I correct in saying all our remaining away fixtures are on the telebox?

COYMFR!

We haven't been at our best for the last 3 games but still have 7 more points in the bag. It's back in our own hands now, after Donny pulled one out of the bag.Can Reading keep winning or have they started their sprint too early? It's pretty clear that our game against them is gonna be HUGE!COYMFR!

Played poorly, rode our luck, finished one of the very few opportunities we had, won the game. Form of champions? Despite Leeds relative form, going to Elland Road & taking the points is massive - Lambo was spot on in his interview. Loved the players reaction at the end. Chun leaping around like a kid, everyone bundling KD like we'd won a penalty shoot out. Gotta love the team spirit & so pleasing to see this means as much to the players as the fans. COYMFR!

Don't know why anyone's surprised how poor we are. It's a televised game.

Love those links to pics from the Upper Milton, that view up Milton road especially brings back memories as that was where I first started watching the Saints. Excellent thread, keep 'em coming...

Excellent OP on that Watford thread

Is this part of the ex-Saints charity game he was promoting on Soccer Saturday?
-
Other than Man Utd, that's all the Prem teams drawn against each other. I can't think of a single reason why this is interesting, so it probably isn't.

And a collectors item from Morgan too - is this the start of regular contributions from him?

A point ground out, not a bad result when you consider we only started on about 70 minutes. Could have won it too, but for misses by AL and DC. Can't win 'em all, especially away from home, Cardiff will be a tougher test in mid-week.
