Love the sash for this year as others have said but expect and want stripes back. Unoriginal or not it has been the main (consistant) kit for most of our heritage. Maybe yellow away shirt with a blue sash?

Where will you sit for the United game?
South City Si replied to forever a red and white's topic in The Saints
Block 4 as per ST. Good to get the 42ers in 1,2 & 3. Lets get it open and stay open (at least for next season). -
http://www.footballforums.net/forums/showthread.php/269706-Roy-Keane-has-left-Ipswich. According to some Ipswich fans he's quit. Not much suprise

Carlisle 'banter': From Ollie*CUFC @ FootballForums "Saw the Southampton squad today Ugly bunch, didn't recognise any of them. There were a couple of small black midgets that I towered over. They were all piling off the team coach into the local cinema, looked like some kind of handicapped outing with their bright red trackies." "Also their team bus was w@nk. " Sh1t club, sh1t fans.

Quick call the Daily Mail we must spread this amazing theory!!!

It always amazes me how ignorant English people are of their own history, and this is no dig at you Bridgey, it is quite widespread. Several times, even at Uni, when I've spoken about the Civil War people always assume I mean the American Civil War!

Hooters is after the game, so when we get 'handsy' we can all apologise for each other for being ******ed!? No, okay, I'll be quiet... So seriously...pub pre-game except Hooters??
-
Have we had any suggestions for pre-game pub?

Notts County away - 2nd batch of tickets requested
South City Si replied to marc_saint's topic in The Saints
Going up for the weekend. Suggestion for pre and post match pints would be helpful??? -
I tried to buy 4 tickets over the phoen for Daggers game with ST and they said that you can only buy one for the deal on a ST not unlimited like the implied.
-
They have just showed all the goals, but not ours.... Oh dear!

Bellamy said that he might quit football if he doesn't get in Man City's 25 man squad, do you really think it's worth discussing him coming here?

White Star is nearly a gastro type pub, certainly not a rowdy pub crawl type place. Duke of Wellington, cracking little pub, nice building, good beer, friendly enough and never really crowded. There is alos the endeavour and the bosun's locker that way as well.

As far as I am aware, from last time talking to my mates at the Echo, they were banned again for this season, even though NC allowed them in for the second half of last season. I don't think they were given a reason for this time, or a further reason beyond the 'don't tell them' Staplewood thing for last time. Also, the Echo went ahead and published the plans as it was already in the National media, BBC & Sky Sports websites, so if they hadn't they would have looked even more foolish it they didn't report the news that would have otherwise been 2 days later than the nationals if they did wait for the press conference.
-
Does seem extremely petty now. Sad that they banned them then let them back, then have banned them again this season again! Would be good if NC actually told them why!

I have only ever been to Exeter, and that was for the day. But have o say in my very short stya I was highly disappointed by it. I thought as a traditional old English cathedral city that it would be pretty and dare I say it 'quaint' but in reality it is none of them. It is realitvely small, unattractve (even the bits around the cathedral) and looks like there is nothing to do at all. I have alos heard that Plymouth on the other hand is one of the uglisest places in England!

Nope, Norwich paper.

The "Lamberts off" rumours are doing the rounds again
South City Si replied to JustMike's topic in The Saints
No offence to Lambert but he's in his late 20's with only league 1 experience, why would a Prem club risk buying him? -
Any so called positives that would have come about with an alliance with Nazi Germany would have been compltely and utterly negated by the atrocities that would occur as an agreement to that alliance. Dune, you said that the majoirty of people were 'Anglo-saxon', fine, the 'majority' maybe, but thta is not an overwelming majority, what about the Celts? Hitler described the Celts as a slave race. We would have had to subjegate at least a third of our population to a life of servitude. As I am half Welsh, I would have to say no Dune. Also, Britain had in it's past been relatively tolerant to Jews (comnpared to rest of Europe), we would, with certainty, have to have handed them over to the Nazi's or have to creat concentration camps for them in our own lands. This would also have included Romany's and other travellers groups as well, which UK also has a fairly large group of. Our 'Empire' would have also have been re-used as a big slave route and re-creation of indention system that we hadn't long got rid of in the Carribean and and Asia. So for all the above, to have the positives we would have to weigh them against the above to allow them to happen. If any agree to above, go hang yourself.

Installment plans cost the club NOTHING

Why don't you read what myself and Stu said rather repeat the same things. -

I think you've done a good job SRS! Problem is I don't think NC will really notice untill the end of June when hardly any have tickets a been sold. As I have never had a credit card before I was declined for one. I have never had any problems from paying a bill before so was not refused for 'bad credit' reasons.
