A version of the Celtic song for Armstrong is needed #Hasenhüttl said: "We’ve got to play him in centre mid", Oooooh words can’t describe, When we see him in the red and white, His hair is fine, He scores belters all the time. That’s why we'll sing this song, For Stuart Armstrong!#

Best so far! Original, relevant to Southampton, big up to local heritage as well as being a great tune. Love it!
-
Spot on, was gonna say the same. Why shouldn't Saints celebrated smashing that down the road? It's not just randomly mentioning them, it celebrating him!

Stop singing it then!

It's on TalkSaints Twitter account in more details than above:-

It did look like they were planning a 'Fan Zone' type experience with the 'Churchyard' outside the stadium which isn't with the above which I saw on twitter last night. I'll see if I can find it.

There is a Hojbjerg song, something similar to the Ballotelli song like: "Oh Pierre Hojbjerg, one and only, he's Premier League*, they said his time was over if he stayed in Germany, now he's on the South Coast and f**king hates Pompey" *might be "He's from Munich" which sounds better

Surely we wouldn't need to have the station along the dock road towards Canutes Road necessarily as there used to be a station below where the pedestrian rail bridge is in Northam. It would mean it would delay all trains going into Central so maybe that's why they wouldn't agree to it. Also would be one way only going towards Central I assume. But a station built underneath a new Kingsland stand along the docks line would be pretty cool. Anyways, a 'Saints Square' was on the So'ton City Council Master Plan a couple years back so looks to be their forward view where the aggregates yard is now.

Who's got a Saints flag and what has it got on written on it.?

Got this from Football Flags. Good service, was about £55. Lost it in a cab in Southampton after Midtylland game though. -
I'd be fuming if I was Koscielny, my team mates continue playing while i was on the floor with a head injury, their dodgy pen will justify it to themselves though.

If one improvement could be made to the ground
South City Si replied to ladysaint's topic in The Saints
Yes would only be used a few times a year for football but then they want to 'improve' area so could use SMS for concerts and events if they expand or build a venue near it. Looking at the city plans they wanted to turn the aggregates wharf into 'Saints Square'. I think the council own a lot of the land around SMS, also was talk of an indoor ski slope thing where the dump was. -
Glad at a minimum mine's been frozen but three seats away is £112 cheaper! Last year there was difference of £83, so each year the gap is getting much bigger, with also new ST three seats away costing £4 less than I'll pay. Pricing is inconsistent, was classed as wings in League 1, although sure my equivalent seats in Kingsland and Family stand are still wings.

Most of our songs, if not pretty much all, are sung by other clubs in some form or another. The only one we have that could be considered 'ours' and certainly original is Woolston Ferry but a lot seem to be against singing it. Maybe we should really try to give it a go or adapt the Bells of St Mary's song for us to sing as well, it is written about the church our club was founded at after all.
