The only way to get restarted in whatever league Saints end up in is with a clean slate...........get rid of all these passionless wasters masquerading as professional footballers....... do they care about Saints?....NO.......they will play wherever someone will pay them......... that was so poor today , I can safely say that without a clean sheet they will be bottom of whatever league they are in..........so poor its an embarrassment.........

After watching such an abjectly poor side on Sky masquerading as Saints, and professional footballers, supposedly, my only thought must be to get rid of all of them and start with a clean sheet entirely next year........pay up their contracts or whatever, but we must rid the club of the cancer that has spread and the total lack of any passion........the blend of players on the pitch just has to be worst Saints side I have ever seen.......

Carlisle away.........think I was there last time they played Carlisle in league cup around 86????............was over 2 legs...... lost 1-0 up there and made up deficit in second leg........anyone else remember?

Earlier in the season a point at Watford would have been a creditable result........however in the current scenario its simply not enough.........Saints specialise in coming up short every time!

After that drivel today, I'd be surprised if more than half turn up for the next game! Pity the passion in the stands doesn't transfer to to losers on the pitch!

When the inevitable drop comes in a few weeks the "new owners" whoever they may be will probably need a totally clean slate to work with...........apart from KD I would let the rest of this sorry bunch of "professional footballers" leave the club and start totally from a clean sheet................build a team with the grit, backbone and personalities needed to get out of Division 3 and discard the present wasters.........

Its over.......pretty much...its a shame the passiona nd feelings for the club can't be transmitted by this sorry bunch of wasters ...........with the exception of KD, the worst side to ever wear the shirt............ Well done to the thousands that turned out to support the club vocally and financially today.............. the players, except KD............goodbye and good riddance........inept journeymen the lot of you!

Eastleigh would actually be a very exciting club to watch at present with a push to the Conference possible........they are on the up as Saints slip towards oblivion

with Ted Bates you could be right........was he a playing legend though?.......he was as a manager of course

Maybe its just me...... but i feel a strange excitement about this whole thing...... that adversity will galvanise what is left of the club at all levels and could be the beginning of something special.........maybe not of course, but something positive would seem to be possible!!

Ummmmm . no....... and the Shearer move won't work either...... playing legens rarely succeed massively at the club they played for........ trying to think of one success!!

They are not players that would enhance any premiership side nor arguably many championship sides either....... therefore they were not sold!!......poor product usually means few customers!!

Can't see it going to the last game....... Charlton will be down with 4 games to go and Saints with 2 to go in my view......there just isn't the passion and fight that other clubs around the relegation zone have........Division 3 and the journeymen will move on to pastures new.........

Just can't see that Saints have the grit and determination to get out of this.............I could be wrong but just can't sense it!

Saints 0-1 QPR........they are on a poor run and Saints always gift "poor run" teams a victory, and i personally think the mini revival has, for some obscure reason, come to a shuddering halt

Anyone except Rasiak......hopefully he is history.......genuinely think he has delusions as to how good he is!!.......but I guess the recent stats wouldn't make great reading!!

Birmigham 0 - 1 Saints

Ipswich 0-1 Saints..........might be a blatant case of over enthusiasm above reality, but hey, maybe the spirit is strong enough to do it!

Saints 1-3 Cardiff ......based upon the fact Saints hardly ever win after a good victory...........of course this could be the beginning of a status saving "run"..........somehow I doubt it!!

I'm afraid to stay up requires the level of performance shown in the first half yesterday ever week between now and May..........frankly, thats unlikely with Saints , and we have all been in this false hope scenario so many times before.............yes, it could be different this time, but I for one doubt it!

It is an excellent result,however unexpected by most fans. however, Saints need a string of these sort of results now, and that will be the critical issue.......... for too long they have flattered to deceive in this area.........the next game will tell if its a trend or just a one off as per Reading away

Nothing wrong with being positive as long as its tinged with realism.........its hope rather than expectation nowadays with Saints........ and even the hope is a bit too optimistic!!

Frankly , the way this present shower of losers play no inducement financially would make a lot of fans go back............ the cancer is to the core......its not the cost to me and many others, its not wanting to feel as if you have been cheated out of cash for what is bolled as "entertainment".............best just keep prices as they are......... it won't be financially worth reducing prices as the take up would be minimal
