It's actually not really Gao's fault where we are minus the pathetic January transfer window we had. He has bought into a club with a shockingly bloated and very average squad. Les Reed is the man that has ****ed this club for a good few years now. We were victims of our own success. Our model was to buy potential, unlock that potential and then sell at a high price but that bit us in the arse with players like Clyne and Wanyama as they all entered the last year of their contracts and went for a pennies compared to what they were probably worth at the time. Reed panicked and started chucking out ****ing laughable contracts to any players that were having a purple patch. Fraser Forster had not long signed a new deal but Les gave him a 5 year contract on 70k a ****ing week. 70k!!! Jack Stephens, I said from minute one he wasn't going to be good enough, he has a purple patch and Les gets all excited and gives him a MASSIVE contract. Mo, Les thought we've got a good player here so offered him a ****ing MASSIVE contract and now he can't be ****ed to play as he even said when he turned up that it had set him up for life. We are in trouble atm for a good few years. If we can stay up for the next three seasons I think we'll see some investment in the squad and we'll be ok but it's going to be a **** few years. What a ****ing dip**** Les Reed is. It's all well and good blaming Kat but she inherited this club, Les is supposed to be a football man and should know better than to do what he's done the tit.

That was by far our worst performance under Ralph. Forster started ok but f*ck me did he revert to type in the game. Forster, Stephens and Mo can all leave. I never want to see any of them play for us again. They are absolute turd.

I thought Redmond had a good game. Pressed well but I agree that he needs to work on his final stage a bit more. Whether it's a pass or a shot, it's an area that he needs to work on. JWP has had a couple of quiet games but i'm not sure if others have noticed that he's being pushed out wide again. He's had his best form in the middle this season. Hoping Boufal comes back and is given a run of games in the middle as well. His preferred position.

Thought we gave a really good account of ourselves there. The pressing in the first half was brilliant to see. Tired in the second half but we are playing a Liverpool team that's as good as I've seen in over a decade and title contenders. A full pre season with Ralph and a couple of smart signings and we should be top half next season.

Are you mad? If there's one thing you can't say about Lemina when he's fully fit is that he's lazy. He runs himself into the ground!

There's a lot to take from that game. The only reason I was so infuriated at the end was because I've lost count of the amount of times we've played well against Utd, only for the officials to hand them the points on a silver plate. Good performance from our lot. Glad to see Valery maturing well. This is why you need to have patience with young players and give them a chance to bed in. So to all those that have criticized him, he's coming on nicely and i'd have him over Cedric every day of the week. JWP is a new player under Ralph. He still has the same work-rate but he's getting more involved and is being given more freedom to get forward. He's benefiting from a more attacking style. Lemina is going to have to work hard in training if he wants to get back into the starting XI. Onwards and hopefully upwards.

Sooo. What I’ve been told. We want Augustin but don’t have the funds for him this window. We were reliant on sales, which never happened. We enquired about a loan but Lepzeig want to keep him until the summer at least. We then went in for Che Adams. We asked for a loan until the summer but Birmingham basically laughed us off. So we are done. I expect Augustin to be our number 1 target in the summer if we stay up.
