Austin and Gabbi are the only 2 I would keep. Sell the rest (including Gallagher) Hilarious that someone thinks JRod is a better finisher that Austin...
-
Austin must be close to a return now surely?
-
I enjoyed that. Everyone of them put in a decent shift. Defence was sound and I didn't realise how nippy Yoshida is for a center back. Roll on the second leg!
-
Never understood it either. The guy had one half decent half season 2 years ago and has done bugger all since, except get fat. Has always had a terrible attitude too.
-
As echoed, leaving out our only player who seems to know where the goal is, is daft imo. About time Long put the ball in the back of the net again. Maybe another 'where did that come from' freak Yoshida goal will see us through or something. That Arsenal side is very weak though so you never know.....

Even Austin said 'How'd he ****ing save that' after he kept that header out. lol

I've always liked Austin. He scores goals. Wanted him at Saints when he was at Swindon. He was too good for Burnley. He gets a buzz from scoring whatever league he's in. He once scored a fluke and when questioned he said it doesn't matter, all the sunday papers will just say Austin (54mins). He doesn't score many flukes though, as he has an excellent first touch and ball control. If you look at the prem season with QPR and his goals against Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea and of course Saints, you'll see this clearly. If a cross or a loose ball is in and around the box and he's on the pitch there is a chance of a goal. I reckon he'll hit 25 goals in all comps this season.

Anyone on the planet with an internet connection can sign the petition if you know a UK postcode. https://twitter.com/cbfortescue/status/746721789011722240 Now it's being investigated for fraud Some of the comments on there aimed at the 'oldies' for 'ruining' the lives of the youth are pretty disgusting tbh (some of which are echoed on this site sadly) Especially when there's no mention of why the huge majority of that age group didn't even bother to vote in the first place. Infact i've not seen anyone discussing why such huge numbers didn't vote anywhere in the media. Which is odd in my opinion. (not really).

Ah it seems it was answered above. They had 'exams and stuff' Fair enough then.
-
Why did 60% or so of 18-24 year olds not bother to vote?
-
We have our country back! I'm very proud of everyone that voted leave.

Pelle Set to Leave For China - Telegraph

Pretty much this. Also the Rugby World Cup celebrations too, and, i can't remember who it was, but a team mate who scored while he was sidelined ran over to him to celebrate. He's clearly not unpopular with team mates. -
What i meant was when does where you are born have anything to do with being British (or English for that matter)? Although Shane Long is Irish i agree of course.
-
Since when does having a British birth certificate mean anything?

Do any of these super ITKers have anything nice to report? Or are they only allowed to leak doom and gloom? -
4 less games to play with a pass straight into the group stages of the Europa league? Yes please. I'll be gutted if Palace win.

The only one i'd be interested in is Daryl Janmaat. -
This. The guy detests him. Also can't believe (well actually i can) that some would rather have him over Davis because he scored more goals. Seriously?
-
That last bit was meant to say 'late 90's'
-
He's a good manager and will be hard to replace. Maybe worth noting that Feyenoord have gone a bit rubbish again since he left and well off the pace of PSV and Ajax. Just like they were before he took over. Infact the 3 years he was manager were all the closest they got to the title since last winning it in the last 90's. I hope he stays beyond next season.

Really? What would that say to the rest of the players then that some ex youngster coming back would get guaranteed football when he's been a bit part player at best for years at his current club? -
Not sure about 7th but 6th only is if Man City finish in the top 4, which is certainly not guaranteed at this point.
