Yeah but he did a good talk yesterday right? That's the important bit.
-
I knew it was a bit premature to be reaching for the box of tissues because of one presser.
-
Agreed with you until the brexit comment. Makes you as bad as him imo.

Hopeful of a surprise big name like when Koeman was appointed. So Thomas Tuchel then 🤣
-
Exciting signing. Hope he can hit the ground running and take his chances. I wonder if he remembers playing against us?
-
A rare big win for us at the time so had to buy the video. I didn't care it was vs Swindon. The pennant got damp a few years after getting it sadly. Still, a lot of the signatures can still be made out.

Like Koeman and Pochettino?
-
Yeah how stupid of me..

I can't believe workers for farms are being flown in from Europe. Borders should be closed. How many are bringing the virus with them? Utter stupidity.
-
Still? Our borders are still open.

Flawed indeed. How anyone could put Boufal in the same leage as Le Tissier is beyond me. Not even close to having the same ability on the ball.

The Man City game where he gave their fans the two fingers? Or are you talking about a different game? -
Refs gonna give them a soft pen later to make up for it. We need to score one now at least.

So it seems this could have and should have been avoided. A heavy price to pay. Sad for everyone involved.

Manolo Gabbiadini: Joins Sampdoria - Official
SaintStinger replied to Portugalsaint's topic in The Saints
When we signed him and he went on that run which was right off the back of a similar run he left Napoli on I thought we had struck gold. Especially with Austin out injured at the time. Then he just stopped scoring, and I hoped he wouldn't revert to his career upto this point and maybe turn into a Beattie where's he had a few barren run's before scoring loads in a row again. Didn't really happen. He has ability, though finishing isn't great but to me seems like someone that sees football as a well paid job and not a hobby. He doesn't seem to have a passion for it to drive himself to the top. I think managers see this as all of them drop him after a while, even in his brief international call ups. Saying all that, our team since his arrival has been poor and, like all of our forwards, has had really, really terrible service, especially from fullbacks who none of them can come close to the offensive play of Shaw or Clyne for eg. Ah I wish we could put out a best saints team since the return to the prem. Title winning for sure! -
Yes, my mistake.

Gabbi has 12 in 3 years. Or will be 3 years in Jan.
-
Elyounoussi a massive upgrade on Boufal. He will do well this season.
-
A first half goal. A what a lovely goal too.

A god away win for sure and two wins on the trot! Everyone put in a good shift. McCarthy showing why he got an England call up. On the Palace forum someone asked why he didn't play like that for them, and a reply was 'because he was never given a chance..' Defence much improved. Impressed with Elyounoussi and Højbjerg, and both deserve to keep their places next game. Great goal from Højbjerg. Austin, even though he won the penalty, shouldn't have taken it so soon after coming on. Such a feeble effort. Should of just hit like usual. Hindsight... Well taken goal from Ings though, and glad he's here and hope he can stay fit. Nice of Hodgson to say we were the better team and deserved it.
-
Benteke. How much did Liverpool pay for him?
-
Class obvious to anyone? Apart from every manager at every club he's been at including international managers? Deadliest? lol he's not hit double figures once in his entire career at any club. The guy is bang average.

Yes!!!
