Did The Debt Increase In The Lowe and Wilde Year Then?
a1ex2001 replied to St Marco's topic in The Saints
Me too, it's got to be time to stop the Lowe and Wilde Bashing in every single thread, they are gone good ridance lets move on and try what ever we can to save our club and emerge from this season of bitterness and infighting with at least the fuure to look forward too. -
You are missing nothing, anyone can make an offer incluing that pair.
-
Given all the people on here who have said they're staying away because of Lowe should we expect a sell out on saturday?
-
It doesn't say that it says they will, personally I'll only believe it when it's on the AIM website.
-
How on earth are we cat c home and away? The following at the away games I've been to has mostly been gobby little nobodys who only wrestle candy from babies.
-
I wish people would stop dragging this tired old one back up, Hilsborough was a tradgedy but I can never be repeated in a modern stadium becuase there are no fences, it was the fences that killed people not the lack of seats. I can see both sides of the argument, the obsession with standing just to prove a point iritates me but I can't see why we can't have a safe standing debate in this country.

Were going to need some unexpected wins to keep us up as I'm sure we'l drop a few points in games we shouldn't but thats football. Here's hoping we pick up all three points against Derby and all the other results go our way, would put us in a great position for Sunday.

The sooner BWP's contract runs out the better he is clearly a bad influence, oh and he's totally useless.
-
If were still in with a chance tickets for the forest match will be rarer than Hens teeth!
-
Why do people assume that just because he is out on loan we are not paying his wages? I'm sure in 90% of loans like this where we are sending a player out for development not because we don't want them then we will still be paying his wages.
-
Don't forget David Hirst, Stuart Ripley, Mark Hughes and Beresford!
-
The club say nothing it's a bloomin' disgrace/The club say *something* it's a bloomin' disgrace personally I blame lowe/wilde/crouch. Delete as appropriate and you've got every thread created on this site in the last 6 months, it's starting to get more depressing visiting this sight than it is checking our score on a saturday.
-
All released when we were premier league and I haven't seen anything from any of them that suggests they are prem standard, Championship yes but when we kicked them out nobody was planning on being in this dire league.
-
He won't come near the place while the boardroom situation remains so difficult same with Shearer who I think could be tempted into a pre-newcastle apprenticship with us, it would make there heros returns into a calamities.
-
You forget every thread is about Lowe, without him this board would die.
-
If we loan a youngster like either of those from the prem I'd be surprised if we were paying a bean towards there wages. Why does everyone on here think that a loan imediately means we have to pay something? Most clubs see loaning out youngsters as part of there development do you think bournemouth paid the wages of all the players we lent them?!? I suspect not. Saw Sahar for Sheffield Wednesday last year looked a good prospect allthough he was continuously offside for most of the match.

The sad thing is Mills was ready for the championship when we let him go, if you don't believe me go and read the match reports from his time at Coventry. He left because Burleys predecessor wouldn't play him, he'd made his mind up before Burley arrived and started playing him.
-
No they don't, they are just trying to get people to show up and support the team, nowehere in the aritcle does it say the support at other games has been crap it just emphasises that good support has helped the team to some of there best results this season. He even acknowledges that the support has been brilliant inspite of the fact were doing terribly this season. Of course don't let the facts get in the way of your morale outrage, I think the problem could be that Wotte has a better command of English than half our fanbase.
-
Statistics and history mean nothing if we get him to play well at this level, you seem to have totally written him off before he's even kicked a ball in the reserves which is just childish madness, but then I guess he was signed by the axis of evil that runs the club so we must hate him like the devil himself.
-
He could say the pope was catholic and the queens a lady and 10-20 people on here would slag him off and find some massive hidden agenda of the evil lowe. It's like reading shakespeare with an English lit grad you just can't take it at face value and enjoy it anymore.
-
Just to put a bit of perspective on things at a similar stage in his career Geof Horsfield was carying bricks on a building site in bettween matches so lets not write him off before he's played for us.
-
Sick of threads like this, everyone will big it up, the team will fook it up, everyone will moan. It's the story of our season we will be in League 1 next season get used to it.
-
He didn't play for us long enough to deserve either, he's just another member of the Watford team.
-
Same could also be said of the prem, match of the day is often full of goal keeping howlers from such world class stoppers as Carson and Gomez etc. Goal keeping is a tuff position where every mistake counts, if saints had scored with more than one of the twenty shots we had on tuesday nobody would have cared about the one mistake Kelvin may or may not have made.

relegation doesn't mean we have to go into admin so it certainly won't happen this season.
