Over the top ….. run onto ….. what is this weird language you speak? We might loose possession if we do that and Jan won’t win the most touches in the league competition if we go forwards! Still hoping they sack Rus in the morning.
-
Maybe he will finally be mad about a result, well probably sneak it 1-0 and he will be gutted that they had more of the ball than us.
-
One of our strikers might get a few if we actually created any chances, if we had signed Delap we would still be winless and garbage because the manager and his tactics are a bigger problem than the players!
-
It’s the hope that kills you ….. and keeps you coming back get killed again and again! Saints only trophy in my lifetime is the JPT and we have definitely been absolute tosh more often than we have been good! This is the bleakest season I remember in the prem after 6 games it looks like we are down and we are more likely to break Derby’s record at this point than stay up!
-
Forward passing is risky, might endangered our perfect winning the possession stat streak and knock bedders off the top of the most passes by any player in the league stat.
-
We always win on possession it is RM’s flex. Surely he’s getting fired in the morning I’d rather have big sam or moyes at the helm at least we might see a bit of fight then instead of this limp nonsense!
-
Don't be silly nobody on the forum is allowed to actually attend a game, next you'll be saying you met a girl on the internet!

What a sensible system, I wonder how GM thought the DPP managed to review 50'000 cases a quarter all by himself....
-
Another one that feels like win or bust, no game this early is really a must win but this definitely feels like it.
-
Finally taking my advice and branching out of your right wing echo chamber, odd that you seem to think every case that the CPS failed to prosecute during SKS's time was his own personal failure I assume you also credit him with every successful prosecution carried out during his time and also with the increase in prosecutions for rape during that time? https://pa.media/blogs/fact-check/rape-convictions-rose-between-keir-starmer-becoming-cps-boss-and-him-leaving/
-
Do you really believe the DPP signs off on every case the Crown Prosecution service does and doesn't take to trial?

lol Marxist junior doctors and you talk about facts. So you don’t think giving doctors a pay rise will reduce waiting lists ok do you think that giving them year on year pay cuts compounded with atrocious working conditions will as that is what they are seeking redress for? The previous government who you seemed much more in favour of repeatedly blamed junior doctors and nurses for the waiting list problems were they lying? I ask again how is a man who left office 17 years ago responsible for levels of immigration since then? We supposedly took back control of our boarders 3 Tory PM’s ago yet we still have record levels of immigration? You can if you must blame immigrants for all our problems but you can’t blame a retired politician for current policy. i’ll await you next ‘gotcha’ so I can be wowed by how low the right wing press can stoop to keep the rich rich and the blame on some convenient ‘other’.
-
So it’s all the fault of immigrants which is all the fault of a man who left power 17 years ago. If that is your take away from that article then there really is no hope for you! Here is a clue for you changing the way we fund the nhs won’t fix it unless we are willing to pay more for it! Second clue All the best health services in Europe spend more per head than we do. One day maybe you will join the dots and understand that slashing public spending results in crap public services and that if you want the best you have to pay for it. Drag yourself out of your right wing echo chamber and read a little more widely and then just maybe you will be able to form a coherent evidence back opinion! I don’t think either of these support your statement about moving to an insurance backed system or that immigration is to blame all they confirm is that the NHS is struggling. once again your Google ‘gotcha’ falls rather flat
-
Back he comes with another ‘gotcha’ moment that one final bit of information that will trump all others and prove his point beyond doubt! I sometimes find that it helps to check the validity of my sources before posting! https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Institute_of_Economic_Affairs Posting the findings of free market think tanks that masquerade as charities and trying to pass it off as well reasoned fact is how do we put it ‘a little silly’. I think I suggested broadening your reading once before….

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?

Hypo just hates train drivers and wants to see them replaced with computers, he may one day get his dream but the network us nothing like ready for such a change it is falling apart and crumbling around us. Wait till he realises the knock on impact of cancelling HS2 is unbelievable Delays on the west coast mainline in a few years as all the track needs to be replaced. The UK rail network is antiquated and desperately needs modernisation which isn’t going to happen without a government spending billions. Train drivers pay isn’t the problem with the railways! -
Trump was found liable for sexual abuse (rape) in a court of law, it is just semantics arguing that he doesn't have a conviction he has what amounts to one. Do you hold everyone who worked at the CPS at the time of Saville responsible? The cleaners the door men etc etc. I'm not sure why you think it is relevant in the crimes of others either but I guess the Tory media keeps reminding you to b angry about it so you concentrate on that and the boats while they eat your cake
-
It's a funny one, it's based on paid periods of work I think and doesn't really take into account that many GP's are part time and they invariable work longer than each paid period of work. The fact that it is in the Tory graph and being used by the likes of GM as a beating stick for doctors tells you pretty much all you need to know about the situation, obviously the entire problem with the NHS is greedy, lazy doctors an nurses and if they would just nuckle down and work longer hours for less money all the problems would go away or it's just yet another right wing 'othering' while the rich boys make off with all the money!
-
but not a fare wage it would seem?

It's god to see the Daily Telegraph RSS feed is still working on the forum, maybe consider broadening you reading it might open you eyes a little.
-
That would be bold after 2 years out injured, I’m hoping the club ease him back in with a few more 20 minute cameos.

You have to factor in the average IQ of a football fan, the game has always attracted more than it’s share of mouth breathers and knuckle draggers. Didn’t expect a result today, at least it looks like the manager has had a dose of realism and went with a more pragmatic approach and lineup today.

The Starmer Years - Can The New Broom Sweep Clean?

Any negotiated settlement is a political choice but when you look at the numbers involved and consider it is a three year long dispute then it isn't actually particularly offensive 2022 - 5% - Below inflation at the time (state pension increase 3.1%) 2023 - 4.75% - Below inflation at the time (state pension increase 10.1%) 2024 - 4.5% - Above current rates of inflation (state pension increase 6.7%) So really all you've got is that it was paid to people who had already left and no strings were attached, attaching conditions to what is essential a pay cut in the first two years seems a little harsh and if the government had negotiated a settlement in good time then the people wouldn't have left before they got paid what was due so blame them. I think we can all agree that there needs to be some changes in the railway industry but painting this pay settlement as a really big deal is probably just petty jealousy of the train drivers and their strong union. The last government didn't even talk to the union for over a year! -

tax payer prop up the entire privatised rail service while it pays dividends to it's share holders it is an appalling scam that will hopefully come to an end all it has achieved is making rich people and foreign companies richer at the exchequers cost! -

The junior doctors and train drivers pay rises were negotiated settlements of long running pay disputes and both were below what the unions were asking for, some sort of compromise was inevitable who ever was in government particularly in the Junior doctors case where they actually settled way below what they had initially demanded. The pay offers were always going to be above the current rate of inflation because the disputes started when inflation was higher and hadn't been resolved because the previous government essentially failed to negotiate in good faith and failed to put a reasonable offer on the table. The conservatives may have kept the rises lower but they would inevitably have come and inevitably been above the current rate of inflation, what the Labour government did was act swiftly to bring to an end the disputes and the disruption they cause. Will you be complaining when the pension goes up way above the current rate of inflation this year? or pay in the private sector outstrips inflation or is it just unionised workers you object to being fairly rewarded? -

surely nobody could describe that a trashing it! I suspect he's been watching Laura Kuenssberg who I would say stretched the idea that the BBC is politically neutral to the very limits of credibility, she might as well be a paid up member of the Tory party.
