'Long term manager planning' just doesnt exist anymore in the top leagues.

I would hope to see some commercial revenue from china sooner rather later because manys clubs already do and are not owned by a local. If nothing happens soon I do wonder about the whole chinese ownership being of any benefit to the club. I would have pitched the club sale in Japan as that would offer more commercial revenue.

I will be expecting to see some lucrative chinese sponsorship from this trip.

Man United aside Saints have the most expensive training kit pricing in the premier league, just think about that. There is at least a 20% mark up on training tees and polo tops compared to chelsea, spurs, fulham, liverpool etc etc

Im sure the club would love to offload him somehow and that might be loan wise, i imagine in the first instance.

The remit on selling the club was to someone that has a significant commercial interest and that didnt happen.

Ask the agent if they got a better deal, thats how it works or none of it would of been leaked.

Here is how this played out........ for those that dont seem to get it Agent told Leciester and us that Maddison was looking to move and Norwich would sell if the right price came along. It got to the stage where both Leicester and us agreed a fee with Norwich. Then the agent disclosed all this to the media, its clear Sky lyall has a direct line to the agent with whats been said. Disclosure purely done to ramp up personal details im sure of that and Leciester i suspect increased personal terms over the weekend. Player and agent has now got a better deal with Leicester and thats his preferred club due to financial and personal reasons. All this is then relayed to the agents media contacts like 'sky lyall' and other newspaper journos. I think the agent has then got grief from SFC about the leaking and then buckled to sky lyall to say it was 'only' about location, when reality is that that was just one part alongside wages. So overall Saints have been used by the agent to get a better deal from leicester. Agent = Base Soccer who clearly are very unproffesional or with football agents thats the norm. You can question how the club has been 'played' again by the agent as all the above happened with Walcott as well

Its alot of money to pay for someone thats only had one decent season thus far. Norwich buy him then he goes back on loan, was at aberdeen on loan. We need proven players right now and i hope he fits the bill

The away kits really have saved UA, but overall i think theyre very poor at kit designing. The only reason for keeping them at present is the fact they are giving the club near on double in money what previous suppliers like adidas offered. There seems to be no reason why shirts shouldnt have full stripes as that plain back rule seems to apply to europa and champions league games. I would like to see Puma/Nike or indeed umbro back in the mix and dont want to see UA for another four seasons !

Really scrapping the barrel, when a club starts to troll its own fans over a minor thing like this seasons new kit. Top clubs just release images and have done weeks ago. Clubs dont use taglines anymore either because its been done to death.

The bigger picture is that Saints retail make the majority of their money from shirt sales, so it helps to make it user friendly. On a similar not the shirt sponsor virgin media also wants good sales. What i dont undersnat is Spurs and Villa never had such bad designs and you wonder how much input SFC retail are going into the kit.

Bearing in mind UA kits have been the worst in sales to date in recent years, you would think they would improve and not get worse !

Horrendous, what a total shambles under armour cleaely cant design football kits. Under armour will be known as designing the worst kits in the clubs history by a country mile.

The floodlights on the underside of the stands are terribly positioned and a distraction to the eye. The installer had never done any football stadiums. Ultra HD required the upgrade, but at SMS they went over the top with a poor design. Reputable football stadium floodlight installers should only be used.

Those in the boardroom now dont seem to be aware of what has gone on in the past with these sort of fan group arrangements. In 2018, i dont see the point in these meetings as the club should be monitoring what fans say online or make use of the 'supporter liason email' supporterrelations@saintsfc.co.uk

Agent stirring it all, this is the second 'planted' article with a liverpool one being made weeks back.

Im sure they will be removed at some stage, but its expensive due to the contamination. They are locally listed, however that can be waived by the council planners if whats being put in its place is worthy of demolition.

Ive never seen any real words from Marcus Liebherr about his 'wishes' or dreams', we do know that the club was to run in a sustainable manner, which wasnt happening. Cortese was a right charlatan and if he was this amazing CEO that some fans claim, he would have been gobbled up within weeks by a top european side. LOL How many fans fell hook line and sinker for the pr consultant placed article in the times newspaper that claimed AC Milan wanted nasty nic !
