Far from being a drama queen, it’s somewhat embarrassing for Claude Puel that a couple of days earlier he’s saying the club want to keep VVD and then his coach saying he has ‘options to leave’ just days later. The bottom line is though nobody from SFC should be talking to talksport. Ask any local journalist from the BBC to the Daily Echo and they will tell you how tight it gets being allowed to speak to players and management. So how this happened is a major lapse in control as you simply don’t feed the tabloid media.

Not that you should have been allowed on the radio in the first place, but saying a player might leave is a total disgrace.

But the problem is he has been responsible for years of negative articles including being part of the 'meltdown' brigade. None of this helps the club and they should be limiting this 'made up negative journalism' as much as possible.

I think UAs quality of gear has been poor compared to adidas and pricing just doesnt match the brand. This seasons home kit has made it into the top 5 worse kit designs in our history.

'More of the same this summer' if players want to leave they will do that as before and no new owner would be able to stop that. If a new owner did arrive with significant commercial revenue that would still take a number of years before it worked and players wanting to leave are walking into clubs that they think will win cups and medals asap.

This has been a rumour for months and i cant believe the club failed with any due dilligence and got turned over by the PL doing it ! Also the PL said it wouldnt allow the deal due to financial reasons as well.

So this chinese mob dont have the money to buy the club and there is no evidence of the gamechanging commercial revenue thats needed either. Personally i think 'all' these chinese buyers are only interested in making money, which clearly isnt what we want to see at any football club. Is Kat Liebherr simply wanting to sell the club to anyone because shes had enough ?
