Ramsdale; KWP, THB, Bednarek, Sugawara; Downes, Ugochukwu, Fernandes; AA, BBD, Archer. The team I'd like to see today. Think RM will opt for Smallbone over Les and obviously he'll play Stephens over someone else. Cornet to come into the side for AA when he's ready.

Onuachu will go to Turkey but I think ABK will stay and Martin will cast him aside. Shame really as he's potentially our best CB.

Brilliant window overall. Would've liked another striker but I guess that's being a bit greedy when SR have spent almost £110m this summer. Time for RM to show what he can do with a decent squad now.

Surely Arsenal would've spoken to Espanyol previously to get an idea if they'd budge on the release clause for Garcia? They agreed personal terms with the player weeks ago! Terrible from Arsenal and it could f*ck us up as well.

Clearly in the minority but I'm glad we didn't go for him. Would have had nightmares of JWP and Smallbone in the same team passing the ball backwards and sideways continuously for 90 minutes.

West Ham fan just told me that he had a serious leg injury that kept him out for 6 months and has been out of favour since.

He's something we don't really have - quick powerful winger. Just got to hope he stays fit.

Links have gone quiet since the Ramsdale news broke. Guessing that deal has eaten up more of our budget than we were originally planning when going for Bijlow. We badly need an exciting attacking signing but I could see Fraser coming in and that's it.

We don't need him and I can't see it happening. Certainly not over two attacking players anyway.

This is the team I'd pick going forwards (Bednarek in for ABK if he goes and a new forward in for AA)

Much more composed finisher than AA. Seemed better at holding it up as well.

He made it look easy - The difference in quality compared to Wood was enormous.

Gave it away a few times but you've got to accept he will do that now and again - don't care when he comes away with two assists.

Put that midfield (plus Downes) with our defence last Saturday (plus Ramsdale) and we've got a great chance of staying up.

Positives - Fernandes, Ugochukwu, Dibling, SAA, Archer, Lallana. Negatives - Lumley, Wood, Edozie, Edwards.

Swansea fans did warn us about Wood. Just such an odd signing. Horrendous player.
