  1. Not sure where the notion comes from that he can't play with his feet. Looked like he played some neat passes yesterday after good hold up play
  2. You'd like to think the club are ahead of the game and have realistic targets should they get rid of him...
  3. No chance he can continue if we lose to Leicester.
  4. Let's be honest, if we lose to Leicester (which is likely) then the reaction from the fans will probably get him the sack. Well I hope so, anyway.
  5. He's certainly more of a handful that Stewart who despite costing less, was possibly an even worse signing than Onuachu.
  6. Ramsdale; KWP, Bednarek, THB, Taylor; Downes, Aribo, Fernandes, Dibling; Archer, Onuachu. Could that work? Appreciate a lack of width down the left.
  7. Agreed. The thing that's worked in his favour is that in the lower league his sides have been able to score as well to even it up. Now we are up against much better opposition we can't even do that but are still letting in a ridiculous amount of goals. How anyone thinks Martin will be a success with us in this division I'll never know.
  8. Ramsdale, Sugawara, Bednarek, THB, Taylor, Downes, Fernandes, Lallana, KWP, Dibling, Archer. Our wide options seem pretty pathetic so why not stick KWP out there.
  9. Or even worse he pulls his investment!
  10. Watching the game tonight I'll be shocked if it's less than 6. Arsenal mastering the high press and scoring set piece goals for fun.
  11. Exactly. One of the most tinpot reasons not to sack a manager I've ever heard.
  12. THB is our joint top scorer with two headers from set pieces. The fact this is looking like the only way we are going to score speaks volumes. We need to go back to basics and play to the players strengths. Not shoehorning a philosophy onto them when only a few of them are good enough to play it. Obviously won't happen with Martin in charge as he's already told everyone plenty of times.
  13. I agree I just can't see where the goals are going to come from but if you know youre not going to score many you HAVE to then make yourself harder to beat. Try and grind out a few 0-0s or nick a 1-0 from a set piece (THB will score goals as we've seen). Absolutely no chance we can do that under Martin.
  14. Did not rate him as England manager but he'd get us more organised than RM. Not hard mind. Would prefer Moyes.
  15. He scored against Barnsley in the cup too!
  16. Agreed. If we can't beat Leicester then there's no way we can waste the Wolves and Everton games with him in charge.
  17. I honestly fail to see how Adam Lallana can't start two matches in a row when they are 9 days apart and he only plays 60 minutes of them. It certainly won't be his decision, that's for sure.
  18. Doubt it, surely she would've had two up front?
  19. Weren't we? Why should we expect to be less competitive than Luton and Sheffield United were last season? Because at the moment we look worse than both of those sides.
  20. A lot of people probably won't agree but I do. He's a very good manager and will at least make us harder to beat. Isn't a long ball manager either.
  21. Sounds to me that the players have given up with Martin.
  22. You're fortunate you didn't have to watch the first half an hour.
  23. BBD is one of the worst players I've ever seen
  24. Very good post
  25. Two totally different styles but both complete failures in this league.
