I don't get it are they saying a battleship would be a better striker than whichever lower league journeyman they currently have? Anyway...... I have to say I'm shocked at some of the gap-toothiest, most passionatest, bestest fans clearly stating they left the game early - surely this is incorrect? I thought they stayed to the bitter end? AND they booed their own team? Surely this must have been fackin' scummahs in disguise trying to make them look bad. I'm also quite amused by the delusional 'sell the club to someone who will bankroll us into the next league' idea. Do they STILL not get it? The era of rich sheiks buying clubs as a toy to throw money at are long gone. Nobody is going to buy them, there is no value to had from them. Not only that, who would want to put their money into a club with a fanbase who behave as if it's still the 70's. Who want to sit there and be abused and spat at when the team lost?

If history is the main consideration with the majority of Pompey fans how many times have Saints Ladies won trophies compared to Pompey Ladies? No comparison I suggest The stars on the Southampton ladies crest shows the number of FA cup wins. Don't see many on the skate hags crest. However aren't they currently a couple of leagues above our ladies team?

Found one in Camberley once at a kids play park. He was filthy, the skate shirt he was wearing was filthy and his special child spent most of its time grubbing around in the mud. Perfect example really

I think we found one of the fighty ones on Twitter last night. A very angry man

Wonder how many of them admit to that now
-
'It makes you wonder why people don't look at us' Well actually it's pretty obvious to everyone but your average skate. Small fanbase a significant proportion of which are incredibly hostile to.... Well anyone with the normal number of appendages No infrastructure No academy A wreck of a stadium, with no real opportunity for redevelopment at the current location Only the insane would consider that shambles a viable option when looking to buy into English football

They can still win the league if they lose to us. Up to them at this point and not up to us helping them. What I want is for this 6 game streak to extend for as long as possible
-
Hodgson will never take a risk like that
-
I don't want the England side to do well at all. Tired of seeing the same old dross picked again and again and it's only by failing to progress in any competition that the FA might actually do something. It's a vain hope at best

'IF' She's not selling
-
Looking at the table, it's only going to take a couple of results to go against them and they'll be right out of the playoff spots. Hilarious
-
Still only gives them 15k. So yet another portsmyth about every match being a sellout is shown to be a lie
-
So what happened to them 'ripping up league two', going on a charge up the leagues and being back in the PL inside three seasons? Wait has this gone the same way as the building of a super-mega enormo-drome that will put St Mary's to shame and forever cement them has the bestest ever club on the south coast? Oh well, I'm sure the share dividends they must be enjoying will take the sting out of it

Poch wouldn't leave Spurs for Chelsea or Man U
Mr Biscuits replied to Wes Tender's topic in The Saints
So he's off then? -
If they do win it, the chaotic nature of this season will have had a large part to play. Chelsea are on a charge up the table, Klopp is slowly turning the bindippers around, I firmly believe City will start to put in results towards the end of the season. (The Arse will choke as usual and take 4th) Toby is good, however one player does not make a team. Kane is starting to show form again but he can be silenced in a game. I dunno, I don't want them to win because I'm still a bit hacked off with how Poch used us but then I'd quite like a different team from the usual to win (and I'd absolutely love Leicester to do it)
-
Totally. I do wonder what the extent of our sympathy might be now towards their plight had this not happened. But then I think 'f*ck them'. Happy to feed at the trough that bought them the FA Cup, they deserve everything they've gone through and everything they get
-
Win please with a John Terry own goal for good measure Frankly if we could I'd put Long, Mane and Austin up front because all three of them can cause havoc for a slow defence Really could have done with Vic in midfield for this one tbh - purely for his ability to boss players about. However I'm expecting Romeu to fill that role with Clasie keeping the pressure on. Draw would be OK, but three points brilliant

People on here having a downer on Ralph make me laugh, he's fantastic for the club

Post-Match Reaction: Swansea City 0-1 SAINTS
Mr Biscuits replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Had to miss out today since it was the nippers 6th birthday party. (I did put in several representations that taking the boy and his mates on an away day to Swansea would be a perfect birthday however the ex hates me......) Glad we got the result, I don't care how we play if we come home with 3points in the bag. The classy performances will come, results matter. Pelle is frustrating me, is he trying too hard? Or not trying hard enough? -
The thread dies, then they do something dumb and give us another reason to ridicule them.
-
I would have thought a fair few might suggest banning TCWTB - that would be a massive enhancement
-
You get the same outside Twickenham. (Which I'm sure the skates will enjoy when they start renting the ground.....apparently) Thing is, the club only has to make the space available other than that they really don't have to put much effort in other than to satisfy H&Sregs. So it would only take a willing mind at the club for this to become reality
-
If they don't turn it around sharpish 8th might also be a doubt. Given the relative squad strength at the start of the season compared to the rest of the league I will be left completely amazed if they fail to reach the playoffs at least. However while the most elegantly sadistic situation would be for them to just scrape the last playoff spot by goal difference and then to lose the playoff final to a visibly offside goal that gets given, I am starting to think we won't even see that. Surely, surely they can't possibly miss out on even a promotion chance this season?

Voted.
