I’m hoping they downsize the shit squad and promote at least 5 youngsters for next season so it would open the pathway again for those guys. Nothing better than your very own doing well for the club.
-
Bet JWP becomes a regular now for England if he went there. Thats the bolloxs of Southgate just like when Phillips went to City.
-
It’s just a shame we have to stomach Selles yet again. ’We will try to win the next 4 matches like I have been trying for the last 7 matches.’ Honestly the shit that comes out of his mouth. Get Walcott and Kaladeen on a wing each plus tall Paul in the centre. Then get JWP playing further forward so you have a better attacking option. The two wing backs should stop giving the opposition acres of spaces like we do and hold your flanks better. A keeper ABK Benarek Walkers-Peters Maitland- Niles Latvia Armstrong (sitting in with Latvia) JWP Kaladeen Tall Paul Walcott SUBS - Must be positive with Adams, Mara coming off the bench first to keep the pressure on Forest.

Jose Fonte to return next season (Twitter Rumour)
Pilchards replied to Esher Saint's topic in The Saints
Maybe we tried to get Fonte a couple of matches ago as my source said it would be a popular choice for us fans. -
He never gave me a name, sorry. Pissed off it never happened personally as we could of got out of this mess.
-
Our buying is no worse than Chelsea so I’m not sure Potter would want to work under our owners that love a bloated squad. Such a shame we dont have 3 keen, energetic youngsters ready to come off the bench these days rather than the usual crap we have brought on all season.
-
It’s not about who we get next but more about what those around the next manager do next. Look at Potter, damn good manager but at Chelsea he never had a say in any player as the owner just brought in one player after another. Same for us and Cooper at Forest. A manager should build a small squad and mix it with some youth players from the academy. That’s where we need to go again and stop this stupid wasting money on defender, wingers and strikers who have bloated the squad.

I heard Selles arrived at HT for a team talk.
-
I would love it if it went like this. JWP ‘Fuck sake we need to win this game not pounce it around the back line.’ Selles ‘Hey we’ve not conceded yet so it’s very much another point James.’ JWP ‘But we are bottom and cut adrift from the rest, we need to win this by pumping more balls into their box.’ Selles ‘We are bottom? I had no idea as I don’t look at the league table.’ JWP ‘You fucking useless piece of shit, I’m done with this bolloxs.’

Doing okay as we are keeping the score down.

Listening to Carlton Palmer this morning while on my way to work. Leeds this, Leeds that blah blah… He never had a nice word to say about us. Shearer is the same, not a thought for a club who once employed him as he’s in the stands cheering on Newcastle. The biggest wanker of them all who never says a good thing about us is Andy Townsend. Anyone else out there who played for us but is a complete bellend?
-
Taking off Latvia to save his legs for the Bournemouth game is bonkers. The guy is 1,000% better even if he was fucked than having a useless Diallo on the pitch. The space created in that area gave Arsenal the opportunity to pile on even more pressure.
-
The board are not accepting relegation as we speak and I was told we are looking at a temp for the last few games. Should hear something in the next few days if all goes well. Fingers crossed.
-
What’s your thoughts about bringing in another manager as a last hope of survival? Think the fans will like this temp gamble.
-
Interesting as the new ball is 15 overs away so we will get to see how it plays. It’s becoming an easier batting wicket so the win favours Surrey who need it more than us. I say get to lunch with at least a 280 lead and hope the likes of Pope has a go in the afternoon. My prediction. Hants 40% Surrey 55% Draw 5%

Heard a rumour he offered the outside to a tanker and was still outpaced. Shocking defending yesterday but then he didn’t think he would have a dolphin between the sticks flapping one away!
-
Okay next up it’s Arsenal. At last we have an easier game after taking on the likes of Leeds, West Ham and Palace and not scoring a goal. Reckon we could get our largest win of the season if we could just have a little luck in front of goal. If we could keep Jesus, Saka, Marinelli, Partey, Xhaka and Odegaard quiet by tight marking them out the game then I can’t see them getting a shot on target. This has got 4 nil all over it and Elyounoussi and Walcott with 2 each. PS - I hope Ruben Selles really goes for it with a lovely attacking and flowing starting line up. Up the Saints as this season has been one of the best in memory!
-
Stupid to bat first with our bowling attack. Could have bowled them out for less than 150 and then built up a slow reply.
-
Totally agree. Start strongly get a lead so we have something to defend especially when the crowd are behind us. win 2-0 It’s more than likely we will set up to to not concede and then after doing just that we chase shadows against two banks of 4 and get hit on the break to lose 2-0 Far too predictable!
-
That’s exactly it. Newcastle attacked West Ham and put 5 past them. Palace attacked Leeds and put 5 past them. We had a lame set up and never scored against both of them. So whatever Selles is doing is not working. Please have a go!!
-
Anyone planning on going next week? Thinking next Friday if the weather improves. What’s the best way for parking anyone?
-
The BBC report this morning which I think is misleading. Newly-promoted Nottinghamshire ended the day on 146-6 - with a lead of 100 on a pitch that is not getting harder to bat on.
-
100 behind with 4 wickets to get. Happy with that.
-
Maybe it’s time we used the shitty away dressing room as the bigger and better one is clearly not working. We have the worse home record for the last two years in the football league.
-
Pusey is no longer stroking them in this season.
