  1. I really can’t see anyone sacking Hughes if we never won a game in the first ten. That would be three failures appointed and Goa will not do nothing to move on Reed and Ralph as he has no knowledge of football at all.
  2. This squad is good enough to get in the top 10. Confidence & coaching goes a long way in football.
  3. Spot on for me too but Hoj not Lemina. Some players that have recently started or featured should be miles away from the team and swapped with Targett, McQueen, Gallagher and Sims.
  4. Not asking to buy any players as I believe we have some good midfielders already. The last few games and I do include some friendlies, our midfield have been ripped apart. Cedric Vestergaard Yoshi Bertrand (flat back 4) Romeu and Hoijberg (holding back and keeping things tight with some bite) Armstrong and Moi (licence to thrill on each flank with the supporting wingbacks bombing forward) Redmond (centre with his trickery and speed) Ings (on his own up front) STOP PLAYING THESE ONES PLEASE AND ONLY USE IN EMERGENCY. *Stephens has been shocking, could not believe how he ball watched Walcott slicing it wide in the last 10 minutes. It happens every time. *Hoedt ha ha, no comment. *Lemina has been a joke, thinks he is Pogba but he lacks composure and the basics of being a footballer. *Long will run all day but give him the ball and then you have a problem. *JWP will whip in some good balls but that’s it. *Austin your time has come and I feel Gallagher is a better option now.
  5. I’m sorry Mark but we are not good enough defensively to do this. Some of our centre backs are so poor and plus we have no protection from the midfield. Your tactics in the last few games have not been good enough and you need to sort it soon before the players will lose confidence. Please add some bite in midfield and have a flat back four and we will turn the screw quickly. Hoj, Armstrong, Redmond, Romeu and Moi are good enough with Ings up on his own.
  6. Spot on. Indeed the ref was shocking and Everton played him too.
  7. Spot on and you saved me typing this. Our centre backs today played like a Sunday league pairing. Truly embarrassing as they ball watched and constantly just passed the ball away. That final 10 minutes should of been us putting Everton under pressure but we need to treat it like a chess board. If you don’t control the centre 8 squares then you are fu.cked. It was 4-2-4 at times. Should at least be 4-4-3 or even 3-4-3.

But this tatty Datsun is starting to win some speed runs in Spain. The only fears I have is if this Datsun carries on winning the speed runs the club will flog it for 10m.

Its clear to see that we are breeding international players now especially from the ages of 12-6. Just wish they become amazing players for us that’s all.

So nobody asked why the beer tastes like pi.ss To be honest I was listening to it in Marseille and many of the questions needed asking were said. Does anyone know who this guy is as many people were stopping and wanting to speak to him tonight in the restaurant we were in.

I doubt it, the frustrations on here will be so high after those who were desperate to get a good question across miss out. If I was there my question would be.... ‘Hello my name is Pilchards, I’ve been a Saints supporter since I was 5 years old. I have many great memories even at the old dell. This is a question to Reed, why does my beer taste like pi.ss.?’
  12. Sh.it or what, even texted a mate who’s too embarrassed to reply. Going Palace at home as it’s been a while since we’ve drawn them in the cup.
  13. Shame some of our young players like Sims, Hesketh, McQueen, Gallagher, Taggart, and many more waiting in the wings are not going to get a chance. This is not a dig at Hughes, I think it’s a lack of quality around these young players that could help them make the step up. Liverpool and Spurs are bedding many young kids in the game and we’ve suddenly stopped doing it. The one thing I’ve missed being a Saints supporter is watching your very own making the grade.
  14. Of course not. Im surprised how Ings made Gabby look slow and none creative. I remember our Gabby used to dart around the penalty area creating opportunities like Ings did yesterday.
  15. When does Ings stop becoming sharp? If so then it’s a result of our training, keep watch!

    Redmond

Played very well today, he got my man of the match award. Why not have a poll on who was the fans vote and then at the end of the season we then can give out the award to the player that won the most individual fans vote.
  17. Spot on. 5-2-2-1 is a shocking formation and it does not work for us. We leave far too much in the midfield and the build up play is too slow. This formation encourages the opposition to put men forward which then puts us more on the back foot. When it was 4-4-2 we looked so much better as it gives the midfield more time and the forwards can dart around the pitch better. MOM for me was Redmond closely followed by Vestergaard. Did like the look of Ings as his creating space in the opposition box is something we have missed since Pelle left.
  18. Carillo scores another two tonight Seagers gets his 14th in 7 matches. We certainly have options up front then ha ha
  19. Good tune but we need to finish the last part. He looks like a striker in the prem prem prem? Any other takers? She looks like a sugar in a plum Plum plum
  20. He looks just like Craig Davids so why not give him a song that we will all remember. 7 DAYS Monday On the medical table on Tuesday Doctors gave me no hope by Wednesday And on Thursday and Friday and Saturday Injured still on Sunday

  22. Here he is arriving at Staplewood. . https://goo.gl/images/34hPGq
  23. Heard Ings is on the medical table and no it’s not for his medical but the fact he stubbed his toe in our bloody staplewood car park. Cant fu.cking believe it.
  24. Hoping it’s a keeper?
  25. See this is much more fun. Danny Welbeck is reporting to be in St Mary's talking to the medical staff as he wants to make sure he feels comfortable in his new surroundings. A spoke person for Saints have said Welbeck is just the person we are looking to sign as Austin needed company.
