And now they are both on the verge of being sacked because they are at the bottom of the division. Whats your point?
-
Moyes, Big Sam, Sean Dyce and Rodger’s become bad managers because they lose touch with the game. You need fresh ideas and coaches that have the drive and passion for the game. Maybe just maybe we might have the right guy already at the club who was brought in to work with Ralph as the board will know more than us. Get it done ASAP as it’s not working anymore with Ralph.
-
I know what you are saying bud and this is why I think they will sack Ralph and get his number 2 to step in as I honestly can’t see anyone making a bigger mess than Ralph with the squad we have.
-
7m pay off Ralph 2m compensation Brentford 7m Frank 16m in total and there goes our strikers fee for January. No can’t see it as that’s throwing money away!
-
Ralph will not walk as he needs the payoff, The club need to sack him Tuesday and I’m pretty sure they will and should have a plan in place if they do. I doubt they will pay him off and poach another club by paying compensation as it would cost in the region of 15m to replace Ralph. So who’s out there ready to step in?!?
-
Someone needs to ask Ralph a simple question in the press conference. ’What did you learn from your last performance against an out of sorts Wolves team as you played the same 11 tonight Ralph?’
-
The players are getting worse under Ralph. I expect the moral is down when they see shitty players getting in the starting line up ahead of them. The thing that’s gets me tonight is they play it around and then it’s back to our keeper who hoofs it up fiend for two big shithouses to clear it away. it’s time to be sacked Ralph and replaced with a manager with fresh ideas.
-
Ralph always sets his team up not to concede a goal and we just know the other team will get one eventually. It then leaves him putting on more attacking players leaving gaps at the back. Why can’t he start with an attacking team so we can take a lead and put the pressure on them to attack us so we can hit them on the break ourselves.
-
Yes indeed it’s going to be close. Hoping Northants can battle on for at least another hour and then IMHO this would make it very difficult for Surrey. Of course they are going to put Tom Curran up the order and once he’s gone then they might bat out for the draw.
-
Need to bat till lunch and add at least another 100. Then waste time throughout the Surrey innings as 250 in 70 overs is tough but possible.
-
Listening to 5 live this morning and they said the Manchester weather for the Surrey vs Lancashire match will always get hit for bad weather. If we get full maximum points in the next two games then it could all end as a draw. Do Surrey win it because they beat us or will it be our title for the most wins?
-
Anyone remember Militram on the back of a shirt rather than Miltram? Those were the days when members of this forum would get together for a home/away match.
-
I reckon Caletta-Carr is going to play in a back 5. He offers something for defending and our attacking free kicks and corners and I think Ralph will get him in somehow.
-
With Wolves being shit and managing to beat us then I’m not sure I hold much hope for this game either. Hoping Ralph goes for it to get the fans on the teams back nice and early.
-
Wow I never expected that. Watching on a stream in Croatia and there is hardly anyone watching!
-
If you look at the highlights reel you will see Wolves were putting 2 if not 3 players on him and yet he still broke through. Starting him straight away will have the opposition on the back foot as they wouldn’t want to leave too many gaps at the back. I personally think this will allow us to control the tempo of the game allowing us to take the game to them. I can also see why they wanted Gazpo so much as it would offer us two exciting attacking flanks.
-
Think the shit weather has handed the title to Surrey. Such a shame they don’t have the weather I’m currently getting in Croatia.
-
So they are but cutting in is useful especially when true wingers can hit the flanks. I’m actually looking forward to our new Manchester City defender as the other 3 haven't disappointed. PS the more and more games that go on the more I’m beginning to realise that Ralph’s management set up and tactics are holding us back. Look at the Man Utd boss, he’s got them flying again plus Potter and Frank get the best out of Brentford and Brighton. With the ambitions of our board I think they are demanding more from Ralph and it could be a matter of time before he’s gone. IMHO!
-
An ambitious line up that offers so much excitement. Bazuma Larios DCC Bella Salisu KWP JWP Maitland-Niles Stuey Edozie Mara Larios and KWP bomb those flanks every time while Stuart Armstrong has a licence to thrill with Edozie.
-
This is one of those games that we need to try out score them and not try to shut up the shop completely. I honestly would start with 4 of the subs that came off the bench. Off Moi, A Armstrong, Aribo and Diallo. I’m hoping Ralph gets it right from the beginning as we can’t keep going a goal down.
-
Honestly fuck off that was shit. Not getting a striker is going to bite us on the bum. Little things like balls in the box we don’t react to opportunities and that’s what good strikers do. Ps I fucking HATE Wolves, cunts!!!
-
I see it, we see it but will Ralph? Yeah probably around the 70th minute mark!
-
Excited for the January window as I feel we can finally compete against the likes of Everton and even West Ham. So a striker will most likely come in and either Adams and Armstrong will need to step up as they could be sold on. Love the fact we are an attraction to any youth player as we will give them a chance, wouldn’t surprise me if they are nudging their agents to get a deal at Saints.
-
Do you have a link?
-
A massive signing and the beauty of it is we know that he’s not going to be in a hurry to leave us. I honestly believe we have some of the best youngsters in the UK and I hope the youth development team can get the very best out of them.
