Heart problems have been flagged up in many athletes , totally unrelated to vaccinations and before Covid even happened . Some were due to performance drug use , some were due to undiagnosed heart issuses ( which is why defib machines are recommended for all sport stadiums) and a newer theory is than excessive over training can over stress the body. i can see both sides but tend to go along with the jab and mask wearing . The various jabs have been used on millions of people around the world and there have been a miniscule number of bad reactions. I use disposable masks which are better to wear as you can breath ok plus your face doesn't get hot as with a cloth mask. We had to put up with all the tests etc to fly to USA to see our family after two years but it was worth it . So we find it frustrating to comply but it will be collectively worth it . Two distant relatives in the USA branch of the family were anti having the vaccine , they weren’t going to allow people to dictate to them . 2 weeks ago they contracted Covid , after a few days of feeling unwell he collapsed and died . They think it was due to blood clots in his lung . His wife is in hospital in an ICU bed (or whatever they call them in the USA) .

Had my booster in Nov , was offered a choice of AZ or Pfizer , chose Pfizer as apparently mixing them up gives better protection.

I don’t go along with anything I’m told , quite the opposite . As to other people’s fears you have to understand that is what they feel .
