Sounds wierd but to avoid you getting dizzy or seeing a blurred image while your eyes are moving the brain waits until your eyes have moved before showing an image . (I think that is the explanation!) It could explain why we all see things different at a match including the officials of course. This effect has been know about since 1890 ! They noticed if you looked in a mirror and moved your eyes left to right you didn't see your eyes move . An observer could see your eyes move but you can't .

With no VAR the game goes on decision made . VAR introduces delay which disrupts the game and fails to give a definitive decision .

The replay showed that the defender took out the attacker without touching the ball so total failure of VAR and Ref .
