I suspect Vardy (newly married) thought Arsenal , will I get a game , will they change their philosophy of keep passing before you get to the 6 yard box before you shoot ,what did they do for Walcott , Chambers , etc ? Then thought £100K a week and nothing changes ! I'm with MLT on this one easy life and football !

We also visited St Petersburg , was supposed to be Moscow but the special forces had just gassed 300 hostages in the terrorist attack on a theatre . It was almost like a film set in that the front of the buildings were well rendered and painted but if you looked down the side it was pretty rough. There was an obvious divide between the few haves and the the majority have nots . There seem to be numerous different Police forces , we were advised not to use public transport , not to drink the water and even use bottled water to brush your teeth . The "Mafia" were obvious as they all drove round in BMWs and Mercs . The Mrs fell foul of the local water (parasite laden) and was ill for 3 months back in Blighty. The Winter Palace etc were very impressive , Catherine the Great had bought Monets by the dozen for about 5/- each ! So would we go back ? NO ! Not strictly football related but if you take notice of what goes on in Russia and what officials say about the Euros , drug testing etc you would only go to the world cup if you were on a guided visit . We had guided trips and they stopped us getting short changed etc several times .

Would he play in the same team as Sturridge ? Depends who they ship out this window , would be a good outlet for Lallana's flicks / passing though and make Lallana more effective .

The main complaint was that he didn't score goals , otherwise one of the industrious players who are not usually in the limelight . It's good he is staying but where would he go ??

Pelle ran around like a youngster in the first match so was probably "burnt out" today plus he probably thought his goal is enough for now until the knockout stages . Also Hart was laughing and joking with Bale during their match so letting in the free kick was probably a bit of spot fixing .

Walker was given the ball at every opportunity but did he actually get a cross in ? Alli fancy but nothing came off for him , lallana actually looked good !

why even take Sterling let alone play him , he has been out of form all season , pointless taking Rashford not ready like Walcott wasn't . Why pick Kane , he looked out of form probably as he is knackered . Roy's excuse is Sterling looked good in training ! At least Vardy and Sturridge are on 45 mins late....

He still can't pass more than 5 yards without misdirecting the ball ! At least Poch knows that already ....

I'm not sure why watching England makes me so depressed , why does RH pick out of form players ? why do they make the wrong substitutions ? should the manager and back up team view the match from a box up in the stands (like rugby) to get a better idea of how the game is going. Viewing at dugout level is very restrictive. One non league team used to put someone in the opposite stand to the dugout to get a more balanced view of the game , so why with modern communications can't the manger watch from on high while the coach dishes out instructions at pitch level ?

I would like a decent WiFi connection to look at other scores in the prem , esp at half and full time plus my local club live score ! I would not be arse booking or ****tering during the match just in case Pelle connects with a pass which heads towards goal !

Does this mean we get decent WiFi at StMarys so we can look at scores elsewhere ? Given that the Tannoy is so useless !!!

I think Kat has loaned the club £30M so far so it seems the club has not got a large pot of money. Unlike some larger clubs who are pumping millions of (ill gotten roubles) into their pet projects . I think the club was going to be financially ruined if NC was left in charge and Kat is determined to keep the club afloat without pumping millions of her own money into it. RK , I suspect , wants to spend big and not bring players through from the youth system as it takes too long to be sucessful that way and he would not get his "dream move" !! We supporters are still finding it difficult to make the transision from the old days of local players , loyal managers that stay with the club for years and the full blown :money talks , it's a business stupid , greed and more greed plus fleecing of the innocent (us).

As said before , the young lady is totally incomprehensible in Kingsland , the 1/2 time scores are just about heard OK . The security issue is obviously for stadium evacuation in case of fire , bomb etc. I seriously worry about evacuation times as we all have to go down the stairs to get to an exit to the concourse let alone get out the stadium .

Poor treatment of Van Gaal , nearly as bad as Pellengrini , I would hope we do better but Adkins wasn't too good either . I think some sort of respect should be shown as they are people if nothing else .

In the Kingsland on sunday , Kenzie was totally inaudiable , match announcer was sort of heard but you had to concentrate100% to even get the drift let alone hear individual words ! Who were those people whowalked round the pitch at half time ?

Ill making article in the Guardian about L'pool , Lallana interview with puke making comments about living next door to Klopp , how long before Klopp gives him the elbow ?

I remember John McGrath hacking down George Best and Best picking the ball up and handing it to big John "if you want it that badly here it is !" McGrath appeared totally bemused !

As Walker kicked Pedro in the shin as he lay on the ground in the first few minutes you wonder if spurs were told to provoke chelsea at every opportunity ! If Saints had produced even half of those tackles / off the ball incidents in a match we would have been down to 8 men before half time !

As with joining all clubs you may think you are part of it but the founders of the club will have been around since the ice age ! So don't expect an answer or a feeling of being one of the group etc for at least 10 years (approx) . Sometimes people have their say and are happy with that , others feel out of the clique and just stop posting and just read match updates and reaction or delete website from their favourites and get on with their lives ..... So don't worry if your comments are ignored / slated , this is normal .

Watching Townsend on MotD he looked good ie shooting (something we seem to lack) scoring and assisting ! worth a punt .

Watching MotD we looked not bad ! even Pele had good touches and Tadic laid on the goal for VVD not sure Fonte should have been given a straight red but I suppose that is the letter of the law re goal scoring chance. good to see Chelsea last in the running order also agree with awful defending / lack of effort by Villa and Newcastle , not just a case of getting behind the ball but also closing down , tackling and not playing them onside . I few times our defence got caught out as well yesterday possibly each player expecting the other to challenge before their goal.

Just pointing out that when he first played for us he was prone to brain fade which led to conceding goals , after the injury he has looked like a world beater until the Fabregas goal when he just stood there then put out a leg when it was too late . Overall he is a good keeper but needs to improve to become an England No1 keeper Even Shilton let in the odd goal for us !!!

Chelsea appear to be having a helping hand to achieve a CL place , after ignoring that foul at ours they have now scored a blatant offside "goal" at Norwich. Forster seems to have reverted to his old brain fade ways that he displayed when he first came here , people weren't too impressed then either !
