Have West Ham won a game already since Fonte joined?

Well done you to get a negative Prowse/Davis reference in there. Still a perfect 100% score after 45 posts. Trolling or not, it's impressive (in that non-impressive kind of way).

“It’s a long injury. We will see if he comes back before the end of the season.” -
Of course the recording of the music existed for 32 years already before Pulp Fiction was released. Not that Virgin should have a problem with buying any song, I'd imagine.

Aké for Van Dijk? Yes please for Aké, but I'd like to see him as a Saint as one of the options next to VVD. Him, or Maguire, or maybe Fosu-Mensah. Or Cácares, of course. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/3123215/chelsea-transfer-news-romelu-lukaku-didier-drogba/

Number 10 (Saints) against number 11 (Bournemouth). On December 18 it was a well-deserved 1-3 for us at Dean Court, with goals from Aké, Bertrand, and Rodriguez (2x), in that order. Results from the past 10 years: 02 Oct 2010 Southampton v AFC Bournemouth W 2-0 League One 01 Nov 2015 Southampton v AFC Bournemouth W 2-0 Premier League We didn’t have Gabbiadini when we won against them before, so even if he isn’t fit we should be able to give it a good go. Time for Rodriguez to shine again?

It's getting a bit too obvious and boring, larry. Are you aware there are more players in our squad than the one you don't like?

A half to forget against a team that haven't lost at home this season. Nothing too embarrassing about it. Let's hope we'll do much better in the 2nd half though!
-
They were always going to score. As long as we don't let it get out of hand, we'll have our chance. This team is in scoring mood.
-
Very well done Fraser Forster.

Looking good so far: http://www.feed4u.tv/watch/1967180/1/Tottenham-Hotspur-vs-Southampton-FC.html

Stoke, West Ham, Watford losing... decent results.
-
Everton I'm not too bothered about; we're not likely to catch them anyway.
-
Schneiderlin off with an injury.
-
West Brom keeping Arsenal at a draw so far.

Sometimes it's not about putting the best individuals together, but more about getting all the right ingredients into a team with some workers in there willing to do the work. The Dutch squad that got to 3rd place during the Brazil WC, for example, was definitely one of the weaker sides (looking at number of 'stars') they'd had in decades.

My preferred results: West Brom – Arsenal > Arsenal win Palace – Watford > Palace win Everton – Hull > Hull win Stoke – Chelsea > Chelsea win Sunderland – Burnley > Sunderland win West Ham – Leicester > Draw or Leicester win Bournemouth – Swansea > Swansea win Middlesbrough – Man Utd > Middlesbrough win Man City – Liverpool > don’t care My expected results: West Brom – Arsenal > Arsenal win C Palace – Watford > draw Everton – Hull > Everton win Stoke – Chelsea > Chelsea win Sunderland – Burnley > Sunderland win West Ham – Leicester > Draw Bournemouth – Swansea > Swansea win Middlesbrough – Man Utd > Man Utd win Man City – Liverpool > draw I'm curious to see if Leicester will stay in a winning mood. At the moment it'd make sense to wish for a Leicester win over West Ham, but I don't fully trust that Leicester won't be able to catch up yet. If we win and Stoke lose we're up to 9th!
