Will season ticket prices be released now and will you renew?

Christ people like to moan don't they. -
Surprising you don't know what tune its meant to be to since the last line is literally the name of the song...

Thats the spirit!

So people don't think JWP isn't a good captain because he doesn't show passion enough and he isn't a loud enough leader. But Bednarek is also not good for captain because he shows passion, is loud and is visibly frustrated when something goes wrong. Got it.
-
Most obvious candidate for skipper should JWP leave is Bednarek for me (if he stays). Which is absolutely mental considering how myself and others viewed him just 3 months ago.

This is less of an issue than the actual football but going down gives the club a big opportunity to finally sort the fan arrangements out with lower supporter numbers. My suggestion would be having away fans in the Kingsland north and after the game making the footbridge away fans only. This is the most direct route to the station and the away coaches can be parked on Northam Road. It doesn't matter where the police control room is because now we have HD CCTV everywhere. They also need to introduce safe standing to the entire Northam (and the new away end in the Kingsland north.) Derby used to have the same issue as us (I remember the atmosphere there being terrible), but they moved away fans and gave the entire south stand behind the goal home only. Next best as mentioned above would be having away fans in Kingsland south and having Melbourne Street away fans only. Can't have away fans in the itchen because of the boxes.

If three at the back is what Rasmus wants to pin us to then we could do a lot worse than Nuno Espirito Santo. I'm sure he'd happily move back to England from Saudi.

Its impossible not to draw up parallels between Schumacher / Martin and Nathan Jones. Young, British, unproven but shown promise in the EFL. Personally, I wouldn't make an appointment this risky but Wilcox knows a lot more about football than any of us so I'd like to be proven wrong. We aren't going to get Graham Potter so the next best thing would be to try and unearth the 'next Potter or Thomas Frank'. I'd much rather one of these two guys than a Lampard, Gerrard, Rooney, Vieira etc...

'team vs that lot'... that saved us from going bust

Gibbs-White had a good season in the championship last season and he was sold for 25m rising to 40 with add ons. With that in mind we should be looking for at least 20m for Tella.

It would seem theres a scapegoat even when we win now. I think you can tell from this forum who type of 'fans' are that booed Moi when he came on. Honestly embarrassing. We won, get behind the lads, support them. And for the record, Bazunu's kick to Iheanacho was mostly not his fault, it was pinged back to him by KWP and he had a player sprinting him down so he had to first time kick a fast moving bobbling ball. JWP wasn't happy with KWP after that happened if you watch the highlights. In the last second, Souttar has a free header from 6 yards if Bazunu doesn't come flying out to put him off. No he isn't Gordon Banks but we have a very raw keeper who will only improve with game time.

Really don't know what I want from Everton vs Forest. Draw probably best result for us? Forest win and they're 7 clear of us. Would rather keep it to a two game swing with us still to play them.

I can't be one of the only ones that wants this 'super league' to happen? Let the super rich have their own competition and start some sort of proper regulation for the clubs left in the FA's remit. 51% minimum fan ownership, salary caps, transfer spend caps, ticket price caps, x amount of academy players in matchday squad. Would start to see a real improvement in competitiveness and the connection between fans and clubs. Unfortunately however we're too far gone from this and I don't think we'll ever see drastic changes because all the governing bodies care about is their back pocket.

Would be very Saintsy to win this one to give us a glimmer of hope again. Before losing 9-0 at United next weekend

Tomorrow at 1pm. Team usually flies up on Friday evenings before a Saturday game
-
I don't know why we stopped with the striped back. A plain back looks awful. It can't be against the rules because Newcastle has striped backs
-
Its ben moved to Staplewood unfortunately. Was looking forward to going to that.
-
I think if we back up the win at Chelsea with another this weekend that should get a couple more thousand in. Would be nice to see a full ground

If the club were to release more tickets (I don't think they can) then I would go. I was very close to taking one of the last few when we were about to appoint Jesse. Feel like this is the biggest game of the season so far and Im already getting nerves.

The full press conference with the embargoed section has just been uploaded. He talks about how important finding a spine or core group of 7 or 8 players is and then sticking to it, will be very interesting to see the starting line up tomorrow to see who starts CB. (Im hoping DCC and ABK (Or Sali)

Results are what matters, especially in these last 16 games. However he's presented himself as a very honest, intelligent man in that first press conference. I like that he has stated he wants the job instead of doing the usual 'I don't want to comment as its not my decision'. If the players like him as much as people think then they'll play their socks off for him. A positive result this weekend followed up by a win at Leeds and we could get some sort of run going.

As much as I'm disappointed by the events this season and the catalogue of errors since SR came in, I am still happy they took over. Its only words so far but they have said they are in it for the long run and for the right reasons. We aren't just an asset to them like so many owners, they want to invest and grow us. Okay so things haven't gone to plan so far but I feel like they can turn it around. Maybe it'll take a year in the championship to strip down the club and build it back up again but I have no doubt that we are in a better position than we were two years ago. They have their hands tied with the manager situation, they messed up big time with the Jones appointment and the contract length. Giving another man a big contract is a huge financial risk when we have spent so heavily in the last two transfer windows and also had to pay £8m for Jones' 3 months work. I expect a lot of people want them gone already which is fair enough as they haven't shown anything to warrant respect from the fans other than the funds spent in the transfer window. However there is no instant success in football and sometimes you need to regress to improve in the long run.

They actually got off to a terrible start under him as well. Stuck with him and he turned it around
-
We really aren't down already though.

4 points off 16th with 16 games to play. It is nowhere near over. If he can grind a purple patch out of us like Ralph did once a season we'll stay up. It'll be tough and a lot of the fixtures aren't in our favour but its definitely doable
