The revisionist are well at work. The focus on asylum costs works for people like Farage and his party and the right wing of the Tory Party but the simple fact is that it is down to austerity and the lack of spending on public services for many years. The final part of Wolf Hall is just as brilliant as the first part. Mark Rylance is superb as an unravelling Cromwell. Well worth watching if you are into period dramas even if it does play a bit fast and loose with historical accuracy in places.
