Guidetti is on loan for the full season at Celtic but his contract expires on 30.06.2015. Another decent striker would be Tomas Necid. He was on loan at PEC Zwolle in the Eredivisie for the first half of the season and CSKA Moscow have recalled him so that they can sell him in january. His contract also expires on 30.06.2015. He would be a good and cheap backup to Pelle and immediately available and fit. Necid is a younger version of Pelle at age 25. He has scored 10 goals in 19 games in all comps for Zwolle.

Eljero Elia - Confirmed 6 Month Loan
Feyenoord1908 replied to Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd's topic in The Saints
Absolutely not. He played in a 2 striker system at Werder Bremen and that didn't work out well. He needs the chalk on his shoes to be effective...and no tracking back or defending at all preferably. The left side place in 3-5-2 is also not for him. -
Eljero Elia - Confirmed 6 Month Loan
Feyenoord1908 replied to Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd's topic in The Saints
Dutch TV has just confirmed that he's joining on loan, so no permanent transfer yet. I think it's a punt worth taking. He is a bit of a retard (in his actions but also in his intelligence) of the pitch but can be effective on it. He was played out of position at Bremen who played him as a striker most of the time but this guy is a typical winger in a 4-3-3 system that Koeman plays. If I were you. I would only be a bit worried that Tadic will now be played more often on the right. I don't think he is as effective there and Elia is only of any use on the left wing. -
I don't think there is any truth to this article. The current left footed central defender of Feyenoord (Terence Kongolo) is much better and someone Koeman knows very good as well. He just needs a bit more experience and an extra 10kg to be a superstar. He's better on the ball, taller and quicker than Martins Indi. 2014/2015 Feyenoord 10 0 Eredivisie 2013/2014 Feyenoord 17 0 Eredivisie 2012/2013 Feyenoord 5 0 Eredivisie 2011/2012 Feyenoord 1 0 Eredivisie 2014/2015 Feyenoord 2 0 UEFA Champions League 2014/2015 Feyenoord 5 0 UEFA Europa League 2012/2013 Feyenoord 1 0 UEFA Champions League Netherlands: 2 caps

Interview with Pelle on Football Focus today
Feyenoord1908 replied to bridge too far's topic in The Saints
I wish we could have our Italian Stalin back at Feyenoord Care to trade him for our current striker Colin Kazim-Richards? -
Bojan is rubbish. He played in the Eredivisie last year and was shockingly bad there as well.

Touch of a rapist by Crouch

Should have been a goal. World class cross from Tadic, inch perfect.

Tadic most unselfish Saints player ever?
Feyenoord1908 replied to Red and White Army's topic in The Saints
7 - Dusan Tadic is joint-second in the assists charts of both the Eredivisie and Premier League in 2014 (7 in both). Magician. -
Tadic most unselfish Saints player ever?
Feyenoord1908 replied to Red and White Army's topic in The Saints
6 - Dusan Tadic is only the 6th player to assist four goals in a single PL game (+ Bergkamp, Reyes, Fabregas, Adebayor, & Cazorla). Mastery. -
I bet Pelle will thank Bonucci for that stupid red card. He deserves a kick in the nuts for that.

That was in 2005 at the U20 World Cup. Chiellini still looks his usual 40 years old there. Here is an updated pic of Pelle in Azzuri blue.

Graziano PellèGeverifieerd account @GPelle19 Another dream came true, I missed so much this color on me!TNX to my family, staff + team from Feyenoord & Saints ❤️

Blind is a very average player. Don't let 1 pass at the World Cup fool ya. United have massively overpaid for a player who is as quick as a snail. He is nowhere in the Premier League tempo.

Toby Alderweireld Signs on Season Loan - Official
Feyenoord1908 replied to Aziz Yebda's topic in The Saints
He played a similar 5-3-2 system with Feyenoord last year as well in difficult away matches. Louis van Gaal copied the same system at the World Cup after seeing Koeman doing this. I'm not sure about Alderweireld though. He is physically not very strong, not very good in the air but he has good passing skills and a very good long shot. -
The Austrian league is not very good but the Red Bull team are full of quality players. Ronald Koeman saw Sadio Mane play last year in the Europa League against Ajax where Salzburg completely humiliated Ajax in their own ground 0-3. Koeman was very impressed by their team then and criticised ajax coach Frank de Boer in the press for not having a Plan B game. I guess Mane stuck in his mind and that he's now trying to get him in.
