This pretty much backs you up, would be a bit of a commercial coup if the link up rumours with Seattle turn out to be true.

The way I read it... Old News = £1.5m buy back payment if Saints bid not accepted New News = £1.5m + additional £1.5m sell-on clause if Saints bid rejected and on-sold elsewhere

Victor Wanyama tells The Sun that Arsenal want to sign him
the_emu replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Didn't he kick up a fuss start of last season vs West Ham and Koeman left him on the bus? -
You're an idiot

Not sure it's been mentioned but does anyone know the sell on clause for Palace? (if any)?

Interesting stats comparing saints this season and last season
the_emu replied to doddisalegend's topic in The Saints
This, together with the number of extra times we've had to kick off which needs close scrutiny -
Can't help but think the club are already building a succession plan from within. When ROKO moves on, ERKO hangs around to keep the Koeman dynasty alive.

Just got a Saints flyer in the mail offering Season Ticket for next year that included a 10 part payment scheme. Not sure if this is new or not, and whether it's exclusive to new ST holders only, but if not it's new should alleviate some of the moaners on here about having to pay up front. Also first time I've received this sort of mail, so good to see another proactive Saints marketing initiative.

Saints to win away 1 - 2 with Distin to score twice

Are you doing Flanders? If so, look forward to write up. I notched off Paris Roubaix last year and the cobbles were brutal - I reckon I lost all my fillings and aged about 2 years in one day.

As a roadie I could go on for hours talking about bikes and gear - but I'll spare the essay and try and keep things short. Firstly be aware once you have a nice shiny new bike you will most likely need to invest in pedals 150, bike shoes, cleats, bike computer, helmet, lycra, rain jacket, gloves, saddle bag, bottle cages, mini pump, multi tool which is going to cost you the best part of about £750, so if you haven't factored that into your budget when buying the bike, do it now. If you already have done that, and let's say still have £2,500 to spend on a road bike, save yourself a grand and aim to pick something south of £1,500, otherwise you will just be wasting money. Ride the bike in, ride it out. One of two things will happen, a - it will sit in your shed gathering dust and you have saved yourself a grand OR more likely b - you are bitten by the bug and you will want to upgrade to something better than one 2,500 will get you up front once you learn a bit more about what you like/don't like. You could arguably drop the budget even further and pick something up for 1K, but you aren't going to get choice of carbon at that price and so you might be left a bit disappointed with the riding experience of an aluminum or steel frame (in saying that, I actually love grinding out the miles in my steel Acciao winter bike). More here - http://road.cc/content/buyers-guide/142512-11-best-%C2%A31200-%C2%A31500-road-bikes Things you must absolutely do: - get fitted for the right size. - take it for a test ride and be comfortable with it's handling. Things you must absolutely not do: - unless you feel you have had exceptional customer service and the bike shop is a local independent, get caught up buying all the extra gear from the shop you buy your bike from. Wiggle is your friend. http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ - get intimidated with clip in pedals and shoes. Jump straight in and you won't look back. - thinking the level of bike you have reflects the level of rider you are, or will become. It doesn't, it won't, and it never will. I get great pleasure in overtaking right pill@cks riding their top of the range carbon jobbies with deep dish rims on my Steely Dan winter bike. Well that's it - hope there's some useful things in there for you to ponder. Good luck and update us with what you ultimately go with.

It's bad enough that half of Scousehampton are all getting their hair done and can't make the international break but is a complete p*ss take and kick in the proverbials when even Danny Rose conveniently gets injured..... does anyone want to play for Woy's Thwee Lions any more?
-
It's not so much the time he spends but the space he gives himself and the players around him when he gets it Forster can kick 10 metres further and more accurately with both feet. Got caught once by Ings and unnecessarily put his defence under pressure atleast twice with short passes. In saying that, credit where credits due , he made a couple of good saves, plays off his line to sweep well and actually came to the ball during corner kicks which I didn't think he was capable of.

Other way around but yes, all Fulcrum wheels started that way but there might be subtle differences now. Campy rolled out the fulcrum brand and all their wheels as rebadged campy wheels to attract those who have Shimano running gear and wanted the Italian quality but didn't want to have a Jap Italiano identity crisis.

This, At one stage the commentators even said sarcastically something like "if there's 3 English left backs that are better that Bertrand then they must be truly excellent".

Yep spot on with description except worth mentioning descending through that tunnel at speed is a bit of a heart starter as is quite dark and I didn't have a light. My first time up the Aubisque was memorable for the wrong reasons, I was in a car heading over to Spain and through the fog almost drove straight over the cliff face as it doglegged to the left up the top of the Soleur. I rode it in 2012 when the tour circus was in town - funny story because we stopped at the cafe at the top of Soleur and my Irish mate who talks to anyone and everyone complimented two guys on their pretty pimp BMCs at the cafe... one of the guys replied with "thanks, I would want to hope so as my boss here owns the company". Turns out it was Andy Rihs.

Yep, I roll with the Campy Shamals on my summer bike which are if not identical pretty close to the Zeroes as both are designed and and come out of the Campagnolo factory. Best factory built wheels going around, not just quick but amazingly strong. Enjoy the Pyrenees, some of my favourite rides are there, and the Aubisque is something special.
