I know Wembley is making a difference but even before we reached Wembley it had been noticable all season, how many more people you'd see walking around Southampton City Centre wearing Saints related clothing. The Pride in Saints was already back and now it's been taken on to new level since we reached Wembley

Megastore is indeed selling a variety of flags starting price £5 , I bought a large JPT Final flag for my son, for £7 in shop which I thought was good value

Just received this response form SWT regarding additional trains on March 28th With regards to additional services, in the morning the additional train will depart from Bournemouth at 0750, and call at Brockenhurst 0807, Totton 0818, Southampton Central 0825, Southampton Airport Parkway at 0833, Eastleigh 0837, Winchester 0847, Basingstoke 0904 and arrive at Waterloo at 1022. After the match an additional train will depart Waterloo at 1742 and call at Basingstoke at 1904, Winchester 1920, Eastleigh 1934, Southampton Airport Parkway 1938 and arrive Southampton Central at 1948. Passengers for beyond Southampton will need to change there onto other services. Not a lot of help to me, as my enquiry was regarding trains from Salisbury but hopefully will be of use to others on this board

No online sales for "2nd period" Wembley tickets!!
oldsarum replied to Macey_J2's topic in The Saints
Hear Hear ! It's not complicated just follow instructions, or to post a letter or hand it in as I did, or use the telephone Also for those suggesting do bookings on line, not everyone has broadband and also Its difficult to access. I've tried several times following all the instructions from ticket office and i'm still unable to get into system. -
It was moved to Thursday night almost as soon as fixtures came out, officially because Brighton concerned at not having time to recover for their trip to Hartlepool on easter monday, more liklety that the old bill wanted loads of money to police game on either easter saturday or good friday

Went to Shop this morning and there are hundreds of Shirts on show ready for major sales in the lead up to final. Plenty of Cup Final Flags there too which I thought were reasonably priced. I bought large one for my son for £7 , at Recent games unofficial ones of similar size outside the ground on sale for £10 so not everything in the shop is a rip off

Told you people would start to panic. you're doing already !!!

Tickets are definately at the ticket office, as I was mistakenly told I could collect my London Saints allocation of tickets today only yo be told later that I had to wait until later. They are just delaying sending them out until March 15th as per info on official site info which allows two weeks for tickets to get to everyone which should be more than adequate but I'm sure we'll see many people on here panicing when they haven't arrived by March 17th

10 Saints go Marching In…St Mary’s to Wembley Sponsored Walk
oldsarum replied to exit2's topic in The Saints
I was a member of SISA when Branfoot was in Charge and at lease 15 of us vowed we would walk to West Ham for last game of the season if he departed which fortunatley he did. We managed to raise about £2500 for Steve Mills Charity on that occassion and we able to celebrate after our 3 - 3 draw at Upton Park with all the team at a London Saints do near Waterloo. I do wonder however if you are being a little ambitious with your plans. I know its not quite so far to Wembley as West Ham, but when we did the walk it took us 4 days to complete approx 22 miles a day and that was hard work. Good luck with your plans and I hope you raise plenty for Charity -
Why don't you get off the back of David and his box office team Carlisle are charging a booking fee too http://www.carlisleunited.co.uk/page/TicketNews/0,,10361~1967934,00.html

Just spoke to David Luker to and he conformed that you will be able to buy on night as didn't think we'd sell out, unless there is an almighty rush today and tomorrow
-
I was told by ticket office that booking charge is per order not per ticket for postal requests
-
I am getting tickets on behalf of 43 season ticket holders all of which are using their option of 2 tickets (86 tickets in all) so agree with Stu on this one
-
Surprised OS does not mention the engineering works and subsequnet disruption which will be effecting train travel
-
Its probably because they will have to draft coaches in from all over the South and South West of england to meet demand I doubt if there are sufficient coaches in the local area.
-
how come you couldn't get to Milton Keynes for 1st leg thats only 30- 40 miles from Coventry ?
-
Wouldn't surprise me if it's pay on the day we are unlikely to take many more than 1250 I would have thought
-
