shamewe are not able to aktake the same numbers to away games now as we did for those three games 8,000 at Fulham on a Friday night, 10,000 at Luton and 12,000 at Orient on a tuesday night. Those certainly were days to remember My Dad was at Orient for Promotion in 1965/66, I was at all of those three games mentioned above, and my lad will be at Rochdale and Plymouth and hopefully will complete a family treble of seeing Saints gettting promoted We will easily sell out all our remaining away games apart from Rochdale, but hopefully we can get at least 1,500 up there as it's in the easter school holiday
  2. No engineering works on cIrcle line which is line to Leyton, Waterloo and CIty line or Jubilee line from Waterloo to Stratford so any works shouldn't effect majority of Saints fans http://www.tfl.gov.uk/livetravelnews/planned-works/calendar/default.aspx
  3. Guy with Hugh Fisher is Ray (Reggie) Betts from London Saints who wouldn't take it well being likened to Terry Hurlock Although he never played for Saints he has played in goal for London Saints in a town near Prague in 1990's when the posters around town advertised the game as the Local town v Southampton so in a way you could say he's played for Saints !
  4. Been told by ticket office manager that there will be a ballot for Tickets for both Brighton and Brentford
  5. Sarah Draper is now in charge
  6. Not certain, but I think the 2500 is the total allocation initially available of right. I do wonder though if these tickets sell out quickly, whether we might be able to request addiotional tickets from Plymouth as I don't think 2500 will be enough
  7. This information came from the New Ticket Office Manager who's been very reliable in the past. The confusion could be that we initailly received an allocation of 1000 ticket which may be near to selling out, hence not many tickets left, but what the general ticket office staff are maybe not aware of is that we can get another 1500 tickets
  8. absolute boll*x just spoken to ticket office and this is not the case at all only a few tickets sold so far
  9. Plymouth who have a much smaller squad than us have to play 48 hors earlier too !
  10. because they will get a bigger crowd on Bank Holiday and they need all the money they can get at the moment Also we wil benefit as we will take at least 2,500 fans on Monday, especially as it's last away game of season but would be less for midweek
  11. That's correct but it doesn't take account of the fact that we've played more away games in that period than any other team. As you say you can prove anything with figures
  12. I also bought two more tickets today
  13. best to catch a cab However if you get connection right at Exeter you just might be able to catch an earlier train from Exeter as there is a train that leaves platform 4 3 mins after train arrives from Salisbury on platfrom 3 adjacent platform, this gets to Plymouth approx an hour earlier
  14. Bloody hope they don't, they'd be suicidal after losing a game and reading some of the commnets on here (especially those from people who didn't even attend the game concerned)
  15. Jaidi was really unlucky with a brilliant volley which just went wide after being pushed up front.
  16. Just been informed by ticket office that more applications recieved than tickets, so some of those who applied are going to miss out
  17. my lad will be happy too It will be his first away game north of Birmingham, and fortunately we have a mate going, who's daughter lives in Rochdale so we have accomodation sorted for the night
  18. looking at both of our fixture lists earliest dates for rearranged game either April 12th or 19th
  19. met Tommy Widderington at a London Saints do in October He's assistant manager at Southend he didn't rate Patterson at all
  20. we found a pub last year that gave 20 of us a lock in until 2am, hopefully we'll get more of the same next week
  21. sounds like there are a few of us staying there. 6 of the London Saints party staying there too, others at the Grand and some in B & B's
  22. I was told last week by Sarah in box office it was all down to Rochdale Still you should be able to pay on the day if you need to, and section holds 3,200. Only thing wil be if you have to pay on day is that it won't be recorded against your customer number which could make it more difficult to get Brighton tickets
  23. easy two minute walk from ground, just make sure your near exit at end oof game though can take a while to get out of ground
  24. Don't think so, they are planning going by train, as there is a train back from New Street about 23.10.
