  4. Obviously never been in away section at Goodison Park where front few rows of paddock are all below pitch level and view is awful, although you do get a good close up of players boots
  5. London saints found a reasonable fare via Leeds £21.50., with split tickets to and from Leeds and then onwards to Burnley from Leeds for £11 extra But booked advanced tickets nearly a month ago, not sure what fares are like now

  7. Last train back to Salisbury 2 carriages, packed like sardines, had notified SWT that service would be crowded earlier in week and was assured train would be more than 3 carriages so complaint gone in this morning
  8. one thing you can be sure of is when any player sings a long term contract like VVD there will be a clause in contract that if anyone comes in with a bid from certain clubs and over a certain agreed value that they will be allowed to leave if they want this happens at most clubs now Even Suarez at Liverpool had this clause, and would have gone to Arsenal if they'd have put in a reasonable bid
  9. On same flight the day before as are loads of others I know How are you going to get your match ticket ? They go off sale 17.00 Have you notified club of your late arrival ?

  12. Loads of people free m Salisbury, Bath, Shaftesbury and some from Southampton I know flying with easyJet from Bristol Wednesday afternoon back Friday evening
  13. I think most people realize it is only this years rating, as opposed to overall 5 year ranking, people are just commenting and reporting where we stand this year and points we have gained so far compared to others This is relevant as should we manage to qualify for Europe again in next few years we will have a much better co-efficient and likely to be seeded higher than we have been for the last two years,
  14. up to 35th according to this table http://kassiesa.home.xs4all.nl/bert/uefa/data/method4/tcoef2017.html
  15. Can't work out why Colchester only have 1 point, surely they got 2 tonight
  16. that table still doesn't included last weeks win as has only 3 games matches played for us, so position should be even better now
  17. That table is before thursdays game 3 matches , so should be even higher now and level with Man U now
  18. in know several who went to Denmark last year and failed to get tickets via that route
  19. working fine for me only 22 tickets left on system at the moment, although looks like we might have another block available if those do sell out
  20. Think you need to appreciate the pressure they have been under since Europa league draw was made They basically couldn't handle sheer number of tickets they had to deal with in September with so many games to handle, including far more work than normal getting Inter away tickets sprted out, a team of 10 of them spent over 60hrs each, working until 10PM each night adding details and getting Inter tickets sent out in early October, besides dealing with all the other games The same people now have to deal with sorting out tickets for 9 games In a month from Liverpool home Nov 19th game to Bournemouth away Dec 18th, which will probably include around 6,000 for Arsenal
  21. JWP was poor last night but one of the best players last week in Milan IMO
  22. Official club package still available http://www.tmgsport.com/travel/southampton-fc/
  23. Probably because they'd all got home or back to the pub before our game finished
  24. Said the same to my mates who didn't go the attitude of the stewards / security forces couldn't have been more different, 5 Cabornari on way to ground quite happy to pose for photo with my lad and his mate with their flag In 1990 would have been deported for less
  25. I'm 57 and done all the games you've mentioned I thought atmosphere considering we had 7,000 there was excellent, a real contrast to that at Sheff Utd which was our last big away turn out when place was like a morgue What people need to remember is that the maximum away turn out is normally 3,000 so loads who don't regularly go away but turn up at bigger games not used to songs Can't wait for Prague where with 1,700 think the atmosphere will be tremendous The way we all sang OWTS at San Siro the other night was unforgettable, but was difficult to get others songs going as singers split all over our massive section, can't understand how anyone can critisise those there and everyone kept singing and right behind the team right until the end of the game
