James Ward-Prowse for England? ...say that again ...
oldsarum replied to david in sweden's topic in The Saints
5 Saints players in initial squad, the three mentioned above plus Targett and McQueen https://southamptonfc.com/news/2017-05-25/james-ward-prowse-nathan-redmond-jack-stephens-matt-targett-sam-mcqueen-england-under-21-squad -

JWP and Redmond were never liklely to get picked as they plus Jack Stephens should be in the U21 squad for Euro championships in Poland -
Shane Long goal at Anfield definitely the moment of the season for me Was up there as one of best I've ever been in attendance at with Steve Moran at Pompey and Bobby Stokes at Wembley Apart from that generally disappointing season but despite the performances really enjoyed attending all the Europa League away games
-
Would imagine so Sold Around 1350 tickets so far out of 1600 we put on sale
-
Loads of good micro pubs there, our group of 8 or so plan frequenting a few after an initial pit stop in Spoons as 4 of us in Boro by 11.20
-
Still more than a fortnight until renewal window closes I've been waiting until later to buy on credit card so i don't have to pay off the card until June, dare say many others doing similarly, but would expect sales to drop a little compared to this season Trouble is even if club come out and say That the likes of Virgil will stay, no one will believe them given out previous track record of them giving similar statements and the players or Managers subsequently leaving

tickets £20 each https://southamptonfc.com/matches/2016-17/middlesbrough-v-saints-2017-05-13/ticket-info

It did for a short period then more tickets went on sale after our initial 1,700 tickets had sold out
-
They did not sell out tickets There will still around 100 tickets left for one Block at back last Friday morning and the Block at the front would have been available had those sold out
-
there was only one planned midweek home game this season against Palace in the league, of the other two one was due to us getting to Wembley and the other due to our opponents good FA Cup run, Spur although Midweek was over Christmas period and actually made it easier to travel too as trains running Lack of Home Saturday 3Pm games however is a continual problem, this season we will have only played 5
-
don't disagree regards choice of games, but juast pointing out that although every away club has benefited from the £20 tickets, Saints Fans have had the opportunity to save far more than the £10 available to each away supporter
-
to be fair Virgin did subsidise Man U away and paid for free coaches there too and are subsisdising Chelsea tickets which are now £20. so have subisidised us more than the other Premier league teams they also subsidised Europa Lge Home Package and Home Pre season Friendly tickets
