Reportedly met Klopp in a hotel in Blackpool
-
He's going to be our captain - according to the Daily Mail
-
According to Mourinho, our last match with City was like a friendly for them ....
-
Think he is also mates with Steve McClaren from their England days.

Maddison goes to Leicester because they sold him a vision of a team with young England players that would get game time. This was our vision once . . . . how many english youngsters in our squad? https://foxesofleicester.com/2018/08/13/james-maddison-reveals-made-come-leicester-city/ Reed and Wilson have messed up in recruiting poor managers (Pellegrino, Hughes), poor players and missing out on good players whom they could not get over the line (Maddison, Shaquiri, Promes etc). Too many mistakes - both out for me. Gao is messing up because he is Mr Invisible.

Cedric et al to raise their game in the hope that Klopp will sign them
-
What is the reason for his/their unhappiness?
-
Carrillo bad but Augustin Delgado £3.5m in 2001 prob equivalent to £20m arguably worse because of attitude issues, injuries, upset WGS etc.

I agree about the away tickets - love going to away games and also wish the club would sell an away ticket. Not sure I will renew as the football is tripe plus engineering works/strikes etc on the trains have made travelling a real chore. It is bad enough to lose after a turgid performance in the evening, but then to find two trains are cancelled . . .
-
Really? That is simply not true
-
Fully agree - I was there and cheered him, particularly as Morgan appreciated the fans support when he came back from his tantrum. Will be interesting to see how he is used within the team as would be very rough on Maya if he takes his place.

His tactics were spot on in the Liverpool games. Since the final it was so boring, we are not good now but at least there is not the pattern of a quick break starts, we pass is around, then back to Forster and then start again. Then there was our inability to take a quick throw in, which normally ended up back with Forster. During the Swansea match with Pellegrino, I think there were only a couple of non-enforced back passes and, although we missed chances, we were playing a lot better. The Wolves match was worse than anything that Puel served up though (and to make it worse my train was cancelled and the next one was over 20 mins late)

Playing devils advocate, it does not rule out getting an unexpected acceptable bid Hoping the Board stays strong

Being stated by MaxiITK on twitter that vvd to Lfc has been done for days and that we have asked Lfc to keep it quiet until late on deadline day. Also that our media are all over it and that our Board have been saying vvd is not for sale to appease our fans (which is ridiculous because the longer it goes on surely the angrier we will be if he does go to Lfc) Interesting thing for me was when Pellegrino said that we could sign players as good players are on the move after there were noises that we wouldn't bring anyone in - this could mean that the vvd transfer was in progress. Hope all this is rubbish .... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Should that be hobble into our side

The possible outcomes . . . we keep vvd (our valuation met or not met) and he plays for us and then goes next June with our blessing. We get in an AM we keep vvd, he disrupts the squad, doesn't play for us and eventually has to be sold next year and we don't get the AM until next year we sell vvd to anyone other than dippers and we get the AM we sell vvd to the dippers and get the AM Personally, would prefer any option except 4. Reluctantly coming round to the idea that if we sell him to the dippers because their bid is significantly higher than any other, then it would be preferable long term for the club than keeping him and the toxic atmosphere that he has created. Whilst the club has said we won't sell him, Ralph has added the caveat that a very high bid might change things.

Echo quotes Pellegrino saying '“I think we are ready to see what will happen because in the last three or four days there are some good players that can move" = VVD moves and we have money for replacements
-
In your opinion (as I know you can't give any ITK info until after Sept 1st), do you think the VVD situation is affecting the players and hence this result?

Sorry mis quoted. Please delete my post
