Exactly!

Another interesting question, sorry feeling a little downbeat tonight. Would we revel in Pompeys demise if they were in the same boat?. I am hearing the -10 joke all over the place including a skate fan on Talk Sport, the presenters found it very amusing.
-
Agreed 100%. I just cannot understand why some on here think that our fans respond differently. ie Lowe out etc.
-
Noticed that several posters have blamed the fans at sfc for the clubs demise over the last few months or even years. One poster yesterday mentioned that when Leicester were relegated last year there were no anti Mandaric protests or witch hunts. Which leads me to an interesting question, Are saints fans different to other clubs supporters?, Are we a bunch of whinging moaning idiots? or would any other clubs fans reacted in the same way as us over the last few years if they had gone through the exact same scenario?

Please god I hope this does not happen. 1: The club and the players do not deserve a celebratory pitch invasion. 2: This will not go down well with new potential buyers especially if the tone is that of anger and frustration. 3: Get a life!

League deduct 10 Points - Will apply in L1 Next Season

Have you been reading the Leicester fans forums then have you? Why did the fans not turn up is the question to be asked, and one that has been answered numerous times on here. No it is not the anti Lowe stay aways responsible, its the whole tragic mess that this club has got itself into over a few years which has been responsible for the fans getting tired of the whole sorry affair. -

Exactly, the forensic accounting has obviously uncovered dodgyness. If only things could now start to improve but I dont think we have hit rock bottom yet. -
Ofcourse the ****e football, the poor players, the cheap managerial gambles, the boardroom upheavals and the economy have nothing to do with it.
-
I dont think overseeing just two games after a truly dreadful season would go anywhere close to tarnishing their reputations. On the other hand, they would be extremely useful in boosting the crowds and keeping us in existence as a club until we hopefully get a buyer. I am sure they would even do it with no salary!
-
As Art mentoned in the reaction thread. Bring in Franny and Matt to manage the last couple of games. They can't do any worse than Wotte, and they would almost certainly fill the stadium and help the financial situation. Who knows, with some revitalised spirit they could even bring us a couple of wins. Its no bigger gamble than what lord chump took at the beginning of the season. Should have been done earlier in my book!

I believe fighting spirit and desire left this club once GS left for whatever reason. Basically since then we have been on the decline and the atmosphere and passion have ebbed away as well. Pearson showed that he had the abilities to re-invent our old ways but erm, someone else knew differently.

I like your sentiments but tbh (b) fills me with utter dread.

Thanks for your investigative work GM, these guys sound like a right bunch of Arthur's.

Dyer permanently to Swansea, keeps the club going.

Please god I hope your wrong. If the bold comment is correct, why on earth did they show interest in the first place. Even the uninterested knew how much was required to save this club. -
Why didn't Crouch save us from administration?

Like it! -
My concern is that if any potential buyer is waiting to see if we get relegated or not, it may well be too late and the club could have already died before knowing the outcome. Was it not stated that we have until the beginning of May to find a buyer? correct me if I am wrong. If that is the case we have two weeks left. Yes we may well know how we stand in the league by then, but we might not know the FA ruling on the point deduction. If that is the case, our only chance is having a buyer who will purchase whether we are in the CCC or not. Scary!

Saints try out their new defence.

Here we go then, another ruined day.
-
I am hoping the club will be purchased before the club goes into admin, isn't that what the administrators are trying to do at present?
-
On the contrary, it could be a great thing depending on who buys us, and something that may never of happened if we had not gone into admin. Why all of a sudden so many interested parties? Was Lowe the stumbling block for new potential buyers/investors? At the moment we can only guess at the answers, but I try to be optimistic by thinking that although we have more painful days ahead, this could very well be the clean slate and fresh start many of us have hoped for.
-
Cant see that to be honest, much of the problems we have now and over the years have been caused due to the majority of fans not liking Lowe and his decision making. The fans will now never warm to him so I see it as a pointless and yet again damaging situation if he decided to ever get involved again. Surely, not even he is that stupid!
-
I cant even be bothered to rip into that pathetic attempt at football. There was as much passion on display as a sloth on diazepam. I just hope and pray that someone does buy us and has a complete clear out, players and coaching staff, and I mean a complete clearout.

"A lot of frustrated saints players out there" says the commentator, you wanna try supporting this pile of dung!

We are conference standard.
