Did the "Lowe Boycott" Damage the Chances..
Saint Billy replied to Guided Missile's topic in The Saints
No, its because we are now a league 1 side more like caused by a continuos bickering boardroom and a constant change of management. Don't be such a drama queen. So your telling me that those who are dissatisfied with the club and who do not attend games could potentially go round the streets threatening people. ffs -

If a child runs away from home because it is unhappy do you blame the child? -

GM, I blow my nose at you! -
But to be fair, 99% of what we are hearing is bull**** from all sides involved. Plus, there are many posters on here at present with different agendas.

Because its all part of the gameplay. I don't thinks Fry's statements are just for the fans ears.

Although I am sick of worrying about all of this, I still find it hard to believe that this club will be allowed to self destruct and be no more. Some are saying that there is no money to be made in football, well in this current financial climate perhaps not, but when the financial situation recovers as it always does, then comes the chance to make money again especially if you have purchased your asset relatively cheaply. As far as the current admin side of things, I don't believe we are getting anywhere near the truth of what is happening behind closed doors. Apart from the odd statement from Fry we know next to nothing, and even those statements could be just a salesman ploy. Just a guess or a hunch or even false hope, but I just have the feeling that someone is out there waiting in the wings, watching this all go on, noteing the developments and will play his or their ace at the very last minute.

I'll apologies now no problems if he can push the deal through. I think most of our initial concerns when we heard of his involvement was that he will be involved in the day to day running of sfc if the deal came off. The Bournemouth situation did'nt help either. If he is responsible for gaining us a purchaser then he deserves an apology and some plaudits.

At this moment I don't care how Crouch comes across on the media. I don't care that he wears his heart on his sleeve. I don't even care what his motives are for trumping up the cash to keep us alive at the moment. All I care about is that he is the only one who is single handedly keeping this club in existence at the moment.
-
Conversely, Crouch could well have no guarantees that he will ever get this money back. He could be taking a massive risk with a chance of never seeing this money again. Why don't you wait for the full facts to come out until you start slagging the guy off and labelling him a pikey. Fecking unbelievable!

I presume you mean that it doesn't actually exist then.

Thank you Leon. You are a true Saint. Those who want our club to survive and prosper are extremely grateful.

My thoughts exactly!. Do we know for sure that the meeting is not continuing over the weekend? If they are not I think it is fecking ludicrous especially with the greedy gits (sorry, players) wages due to be sorted thursday. If pinnacle pull out early next week that surely leaves no time for anyone else to come in, do a deal, put some money down to pay the players their hard earnt salaries.

Ah socks, those were the days, nothing better, mind you, curtains come a close second. Which brings to mind, hope its not curtains for sfc.

Another typical friday so far, one minute we are dead in the water, the next we are saved. Don't know who to believe on here. The only thing that is true is that there is plenty of sudocream being rubbed on sore arses at the moment.

Rupert Lowe was seen running from St Marys carrying a picture of a train station in his hand. Hope that helps

Well, I am trying to not get too excited by the positive words of ITK'ers tonight. Once bitten and all that. But desperately reading in between the lines, hopefully the cancellation of the fund raising match, and sfc playing hard ball with swansea over Dyer, Rasiak with watford seems to point in the direction of some good news soon. As Trouser's said, this has not just been going on for 3 weeks, its more like 3 years. Lets hope that tomorrow really is the friday that we have all been waiting for.

Really sorry to hear that. I don't know Dean or his family but my thoughts are with you all. Rest in peace Dean.

We have a real problem then!
