Absolutely definately not now.

In all honesty, at the start of the season most of us were happy that we still have a team and not many of us were expecting to get promotion this season. After 10 games or so it was apparent that we would not really threaten a playoff place. I think most of us, including myself for whatever reason, suddenly got carried away on a wave of optimism when we started to get better players in and the results started to improve. We are not yet the finished article and our expectations are a little too high. If however, next season we do not improve and become more consistent heads should roll.

Should have guessed really. As good as we have been at times we are still too damn inconsistent as always. Until we can put that trait to bed we will not gain promotion.
