On the face of it Smallbone looks a controlled and stylish player but in reality that's because he releases the ball early along the backline continually passing responsibility to someone else. He either does not have the skill or basically will not try and find that cutting pass up front. He's scared to tackle and just floats about offering nothing. What the hell goes on in training?, for the life of me I can't see any improvements. Nothing is working on the pitch, nothing, zilch, jack, nada, zip, squat, nowt. How long does it go on with SR hiring and putting in charge total incompetence. That is now three in a row and probably counting. Useless fuckers

The most frustrating 8 goal thriller I've ever witnessed.

The problem is that we have got two central defenders that we were happy to see leave on loans because they were utterly useless now back playing in central defence. We have a right back who wants to leave and a goalkeeper who loves sky diving........in goal. No need to scratch our heads.

Comical how all our defenders etc looked at each other accusingly.

Maybe, but corners and free kicks are now crap.

It doesn't appear any attention in training has been given to defending.
