I get your point, but it really does make these warm up games a waste of time as the starting lineup will look different, and what with the constant flow of multiple subs and players running scared of getting injured makes these games a farce. Either field as close as you can get to the starting eleven and use these games to get the team bedded or just don't play them at all as last night has provided nothing positive or helpful at all.

I know, let's put out a disjointed team in our last game in preparation for the tournament.

Brooks had his best game for saints imo. Smallbone had a great game as well. Embarrassing seeing the numpties on the pitch as if we had won the league, get a life you morons.

It is the pressure game mindset that is a concern. No pressure at Leeds and it showed, but these playoff games will be a different ball game and the side that's best at holding its nerve will be the one that goes up. RM has got some work to do

Fucking Stephens, how can we actually ever move forward with him anywhere near the pitch.

Has anyone noticed that sometimes when our defenders pass the ball forward, on releasing the ball they backward run presumably to create room to receive the ball back. To me this just demonstrates the negative mindset given to them by RM. I want to see that ball passed up the park asap.

Having slept on it I have found that it has gone numb.

A truly pathetic performance. RM is a one trick pony and even though the opposition sussed his tactic long ago he still perseveres with it. That was an unenthusiastic lifeless display on such an important game, shame on all of them including the manager.

Let's face it, whoever RM plays doesn't make a jot of difference. It's embedded in us to start strongly and tire second half.

When I saw the team sheet before the game I felt a very strange feeling, I have found out since it is called confidence. Even more bizarre, in the second half I still had that same feeling. Weird!!

Mixed emotions after. Great to win it with the last kick of the game but boy we were miserable for lots of that game. A repeat of so many games where we lose momentum and then invite the oppo to attack us. All of a sudden we look heavy legged and vulnerable to quick attacks. Jack S seems to be a few seconds behind play and spends a lot of time watching play go past him. In the hunt still so good outcome.

Enough time for Watford to get the winner.
