Thought every one was excellent except Pelle who can't seem to control a ball and Long who other than his goal offered little . His first touch often letting him down . Was some fantastic crosses coming in and its a shame that once again Koeman compromises the team for Pelle . Austin should have come on much earlier . Thought we invited too much pressure from Swansea in the 2nd half although they rarely threatened . Risky way to play . Really wish Koeman would stop meddling with the team though . Also completely lost the attacker in the 70th minute allowing a free header . Took his goal really well but still was out of position a number of times . A better team would have exploited that . I wouldn't want to play us atm . It would be a very dull tight game. I want to see us play a team who are brimming with confidence and can attack quickly and fluidly . Then I can see how we respond . See if we are a one trick pony or if we can adapt and still come out on top . Its no secret that I don't rate the manager . Unlike many who change their minds depending on the result , I need to see alot more to be convinced that we have turned a corner . What I hope for is that our recent changes develop into something alot more dangerous . That we can speed up attacks and then actually convert these opportunities, some Austin is capable of . Heaven forbid someone has an opinion . It was a great result but a poor game . We have beaten 3 poor sides in a row . Koeman has hardly transformed himself in to the messiah . I would think that the club trying to extend the contract of a player who is obviously playing well below par are really giving the wrong signal . Koemans need to pick certain players regardless of their form really damages the team Sent from my SM-G925I using Tapatalk

Last season . The slide started at the end of last season and hasn't stopped yet . How does last season have anything to do with this season ? Each time we have found a successful formation what happens ? Koeman changes it . And no I wasn't calling for his head last season , considering how certain posters live to bully others I was hardly going to advertise my opinion but I've never warmed to him at all . What has Koeman done that makes you think that ? Has he improved any of our players ? Has he shown an ability to motivate ? Is he able to change a game through inspired substitutions ? Can he plan our formation to suit each team we play with the ability to counteract if needed ? Can he attract a higher standard of player ? Its ok , I'm now convinced that our abysmal form is down to being unlucky . It has nothing to do with bizarre formations or team selection . Todays game had nothing to do with playing an entirely defensive team against a team with a single striker. Considering how rarely convert our chances it makes total sense to design a formation which limits those chances . I just wish we were as lucky as the teams who play us ? You're confused ? When was the last time Saints bought a top class player ? The type of player who can change a game ? We have developed good players yes but they then get sold off .
