Not at all . I just want to see how we go against quality sides . If we play the same way as we played first half against City we will get slaughtered . With Puel we have often had a poor first half and then improved. The resident happy clappys ignore this and only focus on the score . I want to see us start and finish well . I feel our defence has looked shaky although hasn't conceded . Saying that we have not played anyone of quality yet so the threat is reduced . Tbh I struggle to get interested in anything but the EPL itself . Even the Europa doesn't really interest me . Premier league is the most important, the rest is just fluff . A striker who can score twice as many in a season than any of our other players is not being childish by saying he wants to take future penalties . Hard to disagree with this . Saints board are selling a product thats continually diluted . Some fans who get caught up in the hype that the club itself gives out will soon become disillusioned. Its unfair to criticize fans for that ( although some on here exist purely for that ) . Saints need to engage their fans and give them something to believe in . Rewatched the game . It was a Penalty although play should have stopped before it even happened . Fonte needs to stop wrestling with players in the box . They've been warned about it before the season started . Saints should have put the game to bed way before this all happened but we have Long to thank for that . The team lacks belief but thats no surprise when they are being forced to play a different type of game to the one we found effective .
