After registering on this forum earlier in the summer, my observations were of a forum dominated by half a dozen mongs, who quite obviously have nothing else to do with their life's but sit and wait for the next thread. After last weeks inept Team display Pelle took the wrath, from the same mongs. Trust in Ronald Koemans judgement, twelve goals to equal Lamberts efforts is all we should expect from Pelle, and for those who have nothing else's to do but bed wet after a bad display, remember, its a Team game.

This....

Utter T**t - with supporters such as this how can a new blend of players be expected to gain confidence this early in the season in pursuit of gelling and inspiring each other. Pelle may or may not have it to be successful in the EPL,but give the guy a chance.

Why? Why? drag up all the crap again after such a positive performance today. Time to move on.

This - spot on. Like an 'angry wasp', nice analogy. I wonder how many assists he's provided in his career.
-
This - Agreed, it may be that with decent service he can equal Ricky's 2013/2014 tally. Some people spend too long on here.

Right Sider - I too negotiated my way into the path of Les Reed this morning, whilst picking up tickets for today's game. I asked the same question and he gave the exact answers you mention. Also asked about VVD and he said he wasn't a player that RK rated.

Perhaps observers should trust in Saints & England goalkeeping coach, Dave Watson's judgement? Great signing, England squad member with potential to improve. I like this asset stripping exercise.

Despite my earlier concerns at the start of the summer sales, I 'stood down' and was prepared to see how things panned out with new signings etc. If the latest rumours about Chambers are true, I fear we've all been lied to and the club is going through an asset stripping process. Lets hope this is just further media stirring and meddling. I want to believe, but will fear the worse for our club if there is no positive news in the next few days. Where is Guan when you need him?!!

Cutting in from the left hand side - could offer us more goal scoring assists or opportunities than Shaw?

Retired..........we'll and truely from Hampshire.........Lallanus.....not welcome.
-
Perfectly put.......give Gaston a decent break and this guy will shine..............haemorrhaged by MP favourite Lalanus.

Picture of Lallana kissing the Saints badge adjacent to 'Clattenburg was right'. Happy to contribute.

Appalling show of grace from the Club and some fans

Errm - perhaps its me. Just for clarification did Lallanus not say this below? April 2013, having been made captain the previous season, signs a five year deal, and to quote; "If someone was to say that I'd end my career playing for Southampton in the Premier League then I'd snap your hand off for it." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22112980 Later that same season, regarding Liverpool; "Deep down, I was thinking to myself: hopefully one day I'll be able to play in that team." http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/late...-lfc-interview -
Lallana completes move to LFC for a fee of around £25m
Don Logan replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Short and shrift - what do you expect? Our former captain, who acted with complete disrespect to the club and fans the way he engineered the move by way of media and player collaboration at England coaching sessions. Then on his first interview at LFC provides a glowing reference to how much he dreamt of playing for them whilst he was still our captain. Smart dude. Time to move on, but lets look forward to providing Lallanus a warm welcome at SMS next season. -
So with the strong likelihood that we will have lost broadly half our starting eleven (assuming Spider-man & Lovren walk) are we really to believe that Koeman has approved these sales? With a fairly successful Managerial record would he have wanted to expose himself to the risk of trying to jell a new Team together in a few weeks? Evolution or revolution? Let's hope Koeman has the backbone to stand upto the Board and shut up shop before anymore damage is done - at least ask Spider-Man for one more season, granting Lovren a transfer only to Europe. Here comes the roller coaster...........let's hope we're not heading for the abyss.

This...............Correct......Too many Saints fans who seem to accept we should have no ambition,no desire to make that next step up......we were just a small number of player acquisitions away from going onto great things....When we're sat in the middle of the Championship with 50million pounds in the bank it will be ok though....because that's about as far as our ambition goes.....Survival.

This..........one more season.....and who know's.....but he smelt the money and walked away......Difficult to hold any respect for Lallana...sat watching him walk around St Mary's after Man U kissing the badge......
