Rightly so. I've wanted Boufal to start ahead of Redmond for weeks/months, but found the celebration completely classless. Wouldn't be surprised to see a manager drop a player for that sort of nonsense.

Pray tell, what changes would you make? Because I can't see an extensive list of worthy starters sitting on the bench. 80-90% of the team picks itself.

F*cking Hell, the reaction on here is ridiculous. People are talking about stubbornness because he's played Long for three games....after a five game run in which playing Gabbiadini resulted in 3 goals, 2 from the spot, i.e. he's already mixed it up in trying to find a solution. My guess is that he'll make another change given that this one hasn't worked out. Talk to me about stubbornness when Redmond is deployed as a striker for half a season. I can't help but feel that people are carrying their issues with last season into this one. Regardless of what you think of the sacking of Puel (and in the end I think it was justified because of how sour/toxic the crowd was getting), he was given the time/a season. I can't really remember this level of frustration early on last season, but then perhaps I have a short memory.

I'd quite happily see Redmond dropped from the team for McQueen (and then Sims when he's fit).

Struggling to understand why any club outside of the big six would agree to this, save for Everton. Anyway, if I didn't think that this merit payment move would be the start of slippery slope for the rest of us (the 14), I wouldn't be so opposed to it, but I just can't see past it being the start of a slow erosion of distribution 'parity'. In conclusion, f*ck 'em, United will have to make-do with their soon to be ~£600m revenue.
