  1. If you're all up for some more..... Simon Peach ‏@SimonPeach 56m Spent 30 minutes chatting #SaintsFC with Ralph Krueger in his office today. My interview with the chairman on the @pressassoc wire at 10pm.
  2. Pleat - brain the size of a planet
  3. Isn't that an oxymoron type of thing though - we can't bring them in, so there's no signs of bringing them in?
  4. Rodwell has signed for Sunderland apparently - as per tweet from AGC
  5. Indeed he is - if you had read what I put you may just notice the two vital words - judgement and observation - there's a big difference between the two.
  6. Problem is we really don't know, nor are we likely ever to, what business SFC are trying to complete, what has failed for them or anything - all we will see are the deals that make it 'over the line'. Without knowing the full story, any judgements you make can only ever be based on part of the story - so just stick to observations instead eh?
  7. ...pah, only here to watch football of, hopefully, entertaining quality - nothing else really matters since I have utterly no control over it so no point festering/bleating/wrist-slittingj/happy-clapping, so don't really care if the club is sold or not. Just so long as I don't see Clyne, on the opponents 18yd line hold his arms out in the universal signal of not knowing what to do next, AGAIN!
  8. "....According to Sky Sport Italia, Osvaldo will fly in tomorrow morning and have his medical on Tuesday. The delay is so that Southampton can finalise the missing details in the exchange of loans with Saphir Taider and Ezequiel Schelotto." http://www.football-italia.net/53428/osvaldo-and-medel-due-inter
  9. Sorry, but don't you guys go at least 1 if not 2 sizes bigger so you can put the shirt over some warmer clothing in winter? I do for sure but even though I'm now down to a XL from a 2XL, I'll still likely go for a 3XL - after all, it's not a firkin fashion show!
  10. He may be god/good (??) average but if he's not replacing, then surely he is bringing in new skills to the team? Is that not good, especially as he is on loan?
  11. Who is he replacing?
  12. talkSAINTS ‏@talkSAINTS 3h .@GalgoSchelotto has just started following @SouthamptonFC, think I can now say Welcome To Southampton! #Saintsfc
  13. This is Saphir Taider's official page.... SaphirTaïderSliti @SaphirOfficiel
  14. It was a genuine question - when did SFC last make a profit?
  15. Presuming that Corporation tax is payable on profits - when did SFC last make a profit?
  16. Hell's teeth, I'm in complete agreement with hypo...
  17. Your utter lack of knowledge as to how businesses run amazes yet again.....
  18. Nah, sorry, we've been at war with the French on and off for 1000 years - that says a lot!! Remember how they trashed our docks in the 15thC?!!
  19. ROFL JWP > 'Pool for £56M (always seems to be Liverpool)
  20. I think 'incompetence' and 'dishonesty' are a tad harsh. Naivety and desperation may be closer to the truth as they woke up to the eye-watering reality of footballing business - either way, they certainly have an amount to do to repair the broken confidence I vertainly have in them, but they need the time. As for spending the whole £90M, I would far rather they spent nowhere near all of it but kept a fat proportion in that "transfer funds for future use" bucket (might come in very handy in Jan, who knows?)- in other words, use the Sky money for the daily running - to 'lose' this windfall in the general running costs of the club would be woeful. Still makes me smile - £90M for a crock, a kid, a porker, an illegal alien and an old man is damn good business
  21. you knob, the article is referencing a picture of MS on the left in the paper DE, not that MS has left - check where the punctuation is!
  22. Oh right, so you're saying that they should have let Morgan go and not bothered with Bertrand?
  23. Blimey RaKr must be quaking now - hahahahahahahahahaha
  24. you talking to Morgan?
  25. Shame for him, time for him to man-up then.
