So does anyone know what's happening with VW if he was an international game early August? Is he back with us momentarily?

I'd like to think Forster would be the happier of the two to warm the bench, maybe use him in cup games etc and obviously call upon him if Boruc gets injured or has an awful run of form. Its a fair bit to pay for a keeper but in my opinion worth not having the worry about bringing in Kelv or Gazza as soon as something happens to Boruc, squad depth and all that

I was thinking the same, but he did post a picture of him, Clyne and Sinclair (who also didn't play) doing some fitness. So maybe they weren't all fully fit, or he could be refusing to play?! who knows..

Think they're probably just using the fact he worked with Koeman before as an excuse like the fact he and Poch were both Argies. I'd take him, not really sure we need him though
