He's also been played out wide for most of the time and not really used as a striker, whenever he has played he has caused the opposition problems. Finishing not always the best, could have had a couple against Man U at home particularly but his defensive contribution has also been great and is a far better player to have in your team than playing against us!

Is there any chance of this going to general sale? I told my Grandad (lifelong saints fan and poster on here) that I would get him tickets for his 60th birthday but am worried that with reduced prices and it being the last game of the season it won't make it to general sale. I've been to 20 games this year but don't have a season ticket so if there is anyone who has a season ticket number that they won't be able to use please can you PM me and let me know. Didn't we? we only scored 14 goals between Mid-Feb and the end of the season last year. 8 of those came against Newcastle and Norwich who were both abysmal.

I'd like to see Bournmouth, Boro and Brentford come up (we've got a Brentford fan in the office so I want someone to wind up next year and a guaranteed 6 points, plus it's an easy away day for me to get to) and Leicester, Sunderland and Villa to go down.

Looking better than the first team at the minute! ;-) Hesketh is very sharp, first touch and ball control reminds me of Lallana and Reed, although looking quiet tonight, is one of our most exciting players. Think they're playing extremely well so far and it's great to see the stadium so full!

Anyway, weird if it stays the same. Is it still weird if we finish 5th?
