Seems to have loads of pace which we need up front now.
-
Unfortunately, Chappers let himself and his team mates down on this occasion. We hope he will learn from this whilst, sitting in the stand over the next 3 games.
-
His post match Barnsley interview was enthusiasm personified and he looks the part too. Remember the days of Dave Jones and Burley who made us all feel depressed even when we won.
-
He was great for us in his time here, but that was then and this is now. You cannot go back.

NC is going for promotion this season, isnt he ?

Alps is right: another CB and Striker in Rickie mould will make us top notch! -
Harding was one of my favourites last year, but I did not think he got forward very much V Leeds. May be the difference in class with this league and League 1. Early days though but NA has obviously wanted a proven Premiership player without doubt and this is why a versatile LB has been bought.
-
Of course we want rid, but he is still only getting third division wages and no win bonus. He is not Ben Haim.
-
A good story. Much better than the morons behaviour in our large cities over the last few days.
-
Lowe would not pay £6M for Wee GS to buy Steed Malbranque and Louis Saha. Gordon left, we went down and eventually into the third division. That is the Legacy he left us.

A very good player and I am disappointed I shall not see him on the wing for us this season. At least another year would have done him good. Will they never learn? Why would he want to play in front of a couple of hundred fans and a dog each week if not for the cash? First he has to dislodge Walcott, who also picks up a fair share of injuries and who cannot get in the team on a regular basis in any case. A great deal done by NC. Hey, perhaps we can get Theo back for a song! After all, he only went to the Arse to model himself on Thierry Henry and he has long gone. I wonder what his Dad thinks about it all now?
-
I cannot understand why Dave Jones said on "Goals on Sunday," that he fancied the Skates as black horses for promotion. With that sort of nonsense no wonder he nearly took us down. It was interesting though, to hear Warnock say that it must be wonderful to manage a club like Southampton.

I think this was tactics to draw out Leeds defence to him, in order to open them up more and it worked!

Her and her husband have recently bought "The Greyhound" at Sydling St Nicholas near Dorchester. This is a Pub with Restaurant and letting cottages. She has already been undertaking local engagements so we may see her back at SMS now she is nearer than Chelsea.

Looked a little nervous eaerly on and needs games to mature. He will do ok for us and will improve with time as only young.
-
Saints predicted at 17th in Sunday Telegraph. Whilst attacking force was commented upon, fragility of defence at times, was mentioned as likely to be punished in this league.
-
Defeinitely deteriated in the 2nd half. We were so on top in the first half despite the comparative lack of goals, but the changes disrupted the team. At least NA got to see everbody he could, which should help settle his mind on the team on Saturday.
-
Whenever Big Ron and John Sydenham are mentioned today, their type of play in this game is how I remember them.

Oh dear, do I espy a County Court Judgement at Northampton County Court for £443 on 7th July, already against Portsmouth Football Club (2010) Ltd. Good job Baloo's Debenture is still in place.

Simply oozed class on Saturday V Werder Bremen.
-
And we played like Brazil V Werder Bremen. Problem is we had the wrong kit on then. Anyway the yellow strip is excellent.
-
If the Memorial game was used as the final selection for 1st Team Goalkeeper, it would have to be Bart. His handling of the ball at close range was impeccable,as was his coming for crosses and distribution. Kelvin was not up to it in those three key areas on Saturday. However, this was only one game and we do not know what has gone on in training or in Switerland. We should do however, after the Yeovil game on Saturday.

Fantastic. The way it was rolled out was very emotional too.
-
We saw it at SMS yesterday on the big screen. The trouble was, we could not hear it. Appreciate the main points Saint Armstrong.

From the You Tube Videos Fantastic, just what we want,: Pace , trickery and can cross and shoot. Look forward to seeing him tomorrow.
