Can we make a citizens arrest?
-
I see that another CCJ for £259 has been levied against them in December, so if they do not pay up that might do the trick. The company also has its credit limit reduced from £500 to "cash transactions preferred" and Chris Akers has left the board.

We have had him at the club x2 and not for me again. Too lazy.
-
He's a legend, but would you want him touching your bottom?

Fantastic video. What a great player he was. Gary Johnson, now Manager at Yeovil, recommended him to Dave Jones and we bought him for peanuts. I shall never forget that last lap of honour, when he was patting his heart. Not a dry eye in the house. -
Do not forget that there is also the HMRC Appeal against the Football Creditors Rule too.
-
I am sure I saw him warm up at SMS once when he was on the bench.
-
He has not played enough, or rather I have not seem him play enough for a really informed opinion, but I do remember that great tackle and cross at Leyton Orient for Rickies goal last season. What a crowd we took there too. Yeovil seem a happy club, with no debt, so lets hope he does well and helps to keep them up.

We are owned by DMWSL 613 Limited and latest accounts are to 30th June 2010 which have already been commented on. Any adverse trading by ML companies cannot be good for SFC as funds into the family will be reduced. As far as Staplewood is concerned,I can only watch Saints Player and there does not seem any work going on the buildings or anything else as far as I can see. We have asked Tom, whose brother is site manager for an up to date resume, but this has not been forthcoming as yet.

probably was on probation.

You obviously have'nt read the last couple of paragraphs of the translation then.
-
Perhaps this is the real reason for the Training ground being on hold.
-
Dear oh dear what am I reading here. He is only a young man with loads of experience to gain yet. NA is right to bring him on gradually. Remember Dyer & Williamson--they now play in the premier league regularly and were no great shakes with us at such a young age.FFS.
-
Good. At last somebody really ITK. Can you let us have a resume please of the latest position?
-
So it looks like Goals on Sunday for those with Sky if we did not go up.
-
I remember thinking he was poor for an ex-premiership ref.
-
It was such a treat to watch Morgan and Jack Cork yersterday. What quality players they are! Some of Morgan's long across field passes, were just unbelievable.
-
Exactly, we will not get a player as good as Rickie as that person would not be prepared to sit on the bench each week rather than start.
-
We are lacking pace up front. Blindly obvious in the last few games. Therefore for me, A Rickie type up front as cover and a pacey winger ( like Adomah was against us at Bristol). That will get us in the Premiership and in the summer we shall need a rethink.

If QPR do not want him and nobody else does, then Saints are forced to take him back under the terms of his contract. Whether he plays or not is a different matter. We do not really know how he upset Management, but he has never stayed at any club long, so there must be a reason. I do not know when his current contract expires but we must be careful in integrating him into the squad again. In saying that, everyone is entitled to a second chance. but if he has already been given that, I am sure his agent can find him a placement, unless he wishes to do a "Wayne Bridge"

CSI are the owners of PFC (2010) Ltd as their shareholding is indicated on the Companies Register. Whilst Chainrai may have lent them the money to puchase the club, he took a debenture over the club's assets. As you say, he will not hand over these assets without getting his money back . He can, of course, sell the assets as a secured creditor if cash from the administrator is not forthcoming.
-
He is going to send the cheque off 2nd class post in a couple of days time as he does not like to rush.
-
You can motivate confidence in. It takes a little time but that is what it is all about. Bart will need time as not only will he feel he cost us 2 points, he will know he has cost us that record. There have been some poor comments about him today and that will not do him any good either. He needs our support more than ever.

Time To Drop Fox. Harding To Start V Skates?
rooney replied to View From The Top's topic in The Saints
Nothing to choose between Fox & Harding but for me, Fox leaves too much space between himself and the opposing wingman. -
Bart was a good keeper when he came to us and played first team until that injury at Newcastle in the FA Cup. He has made a few mistakes since and today he was full of nerves right from the off. It is up to the club now to build up his confidence and hopefully we shall have a good keeper again. Please do not write the lad off after this one game. He will know more than most that he was not up to scratch today and he will have a miserable weekend.
