He then maximises his height and can move out to narrow the angle. He should always try to put himself in a position to move forward for the ball and never have to move or jump backwards.

Played well yesterday and is a very good player. Has been working hard in training to get back in the team. I expect he will be out jogging on Christmas Day as in previous years to keep his fitness up.
