Cork has been doing this ever since he joined. I think many fans have only realised what a good job does for us the last 3 weeks. He gave the ball away once yesterday (won it straight back) - the only time ive seen him do that in the last 3 games. Quality player.

Such a strange player. I remember him pulling the West Broms full backs pants down continuously on his debut and thinking he was the real deal . At the time I also thought having De Ridder softened the blow of losing Chamberlain. However other than when he came on against Reading where he was unplayable - he has been utter w*nk. Shame really as he seems a nice lad and I do think there's some talent in there somewhere - needs to move on to rediscover it.

Me too. Good to see the players care. Mayuka went mental on goal 1 too. Complete contrast to the injured/unselected players who sit up in the box directly behind me at home games. Apart from one occasion I have never seen any of them cheer or even raise a smile when we score as if they couldn't give a sh*t unless they are playing. The one player who did was Lallana when Guly scored a late winner VS Bristol Rovers in L1 promotion season. Lallana was out injured and went mental, and joined in with the Guly song whilst stood up on the railings.

I could have sworn I saw him run over to their fans and do that salute thing he always does. So pretty much the same as he always does when he scores. Makes me laugh when people say players haven't celebrated when they clearly have. Eg Bale against us clearly ran off did his usual make a love heart hand gesture before high fiving team mates - yet he got praise for not celebrating too. Not celebrating to me is scoring then jogging back to your own half head down and not acknowledging anyone.

He is a complete helmet however you can't argue with his goal scoring record. He's score bag loads in both L1 and the championship. Ridiculous to think he was playing for Poole against the likes of Blackfield and Langley 3 years ago. He is very much a Billy Sharp type forward though i.e. offers little else other than having the knack of being in the right place at the right time to stick the ball in the net from 6 yards. He hasn't got a great deal of pace or a good first touch and no team seems to want that sort of forward in the prem..

And don't forget that other than the top 6 the rest of the division is very average and comparable to the top half of the NPC where Adam and co took the ****.
